I used to have an old love ,she is the mother of these two boys, I am the father, watched both of them being born, I still love them all. and the old love is still a new love to me..
My now ex-wife introduce me to KK a few years ago and I was blown away. I don't understand that they are so good and yet still relatively unknown. I have seen them several times and come back to UK annually to see them if I can
well....there's writing and singing.....I love these guys but it's much easier to go through the jungle after the first guy used his machete` to cut the path...iffin' ya get what I'm gettin' at.
Alan's never forgot what he and his brother Stevie did well . They should have been as big as Joe Bonamassa . Very fond memories go back 18 years and its nice to see great posts of Alan or Stevie
This version is outstanding. I've been following these guys from the US for several years. When Alan gets together with his brother Stevie it's pure magic onstage. I'd like to see more of the Nimmo Brothers but Alan's band King King is equal as well. I hope they keep cranking out the blues, they make me feel so alive inside. Diggidy!
Best Guitarist to ever wear a Kilt. The fresh air you get probably makes all the difference in the world. For those of you who aren't Nimmo Brothers Band Fans, check out Black Cat Bones video at BluesMoose Live....the 10 minute one . The Nimmos play each others guitars with one hand while both still are ripping their guitar up. It's incredible. Thanks for the Post
one of the most amazing moments in my life.. I was sleeping.. (chilling) at the end of the tent. Halfway the song I stood up and walked to the front .. with goosebumps everywhere..
Saw these guys last night supporting John Mayall. Incredible. When the support act gets a standing ovation you know they're pretty special. And they were. Very special.
Saw King King for the first time at G Live supporting John Mayall. Seen alot of live music and this band is probably the best support act I have ever seen. Good evenning.
Absolutely effin' amazing!!! A brilliant display of light and shade, restraint and full power. Perfectly executed rock'n'roll... ...anyone who says that rock music is dead needs to listen to this, it's a beating heart!
remember alan and stevie playing the george, blackburn rd accrington, back in the 90s ,they were backwater blues back then and always had the place rocking!just been to linton blues fest ross on wye and again, as awesome as ever!!!
My mate was always talking about a band he saw called King King, said I would love em. Decided to have a look and see what it was all about. Wow! stunning , these lads deserve everything they get. Awesome. Led me to the nimmo brothers live at bluemoose . Watch gotta slow down . recommend to all. Cant wait till they play around here.
Just outstanding Roll on 2021 so we can see them again on stage! Thanks guys for your music and for the love gig download during the pandemic xxx Stay safe, sending love xx❤️ 💙💖💜💓
King king I am listening max power you re the best in rock music, the best in guitar perform. The best I vocal interpretation. The best arranged the best in universe thank ou.......... Thank you......................
Alert the marines! a white 'blues' band I actually like. Fantastic guitar playing...beautiful expression and feel and not too much showmanship. Great stuff!
thats now 9 people who didnt like it... this is sheer class music ..british blues at its best.. .9 people need to stick to pop music ..or stop clicking on the wrong bands .
Do you think I don't Love You you are SO FAR FROM THE TRUTH It's STILL THE SAME you HAVENT LEFT MY HEART and I WILL ALWAYS KEEP YOU THERE iloveyoubaby FOREVER💋👀🖤😊 ALWAYS
Yes, seen these guys several times, each better than the last. They are awesome, and working hard but for FUN. Have seen John Mayer too several times, Alan's playing has more feeling and guts. (Would love to see them do Assasin or Gravity thou). The King King original material is now excellent and the album has several styles to appeal to all fans. A friend I took to the 100 Club gig said "Mark, but isn't blues for older people?" after the gig its like "F*** I want everyone to see em! Me too!!

Very quiet, muffled and delicate solo that was missing some ''ummph''. This kind of solo sounds good when you are playing alone in your living room, not in front of a crowd. The solo was so quiet that the crowd had to start clapping a beat which you could hear more clearly than the guitar. Glad he picked things up at the 9 minute mark for the final couple minutes.
He performed this song in Mumbai last week and he turned down his guitar volume during the solo, now it seems clear that was not only intentional but he has been doing the same deliberately for past many years, anyways its an absolute delight to watch him play
huh? Seriously Alan has a perfect balance of passion and soul in his fret hand. His vocals grabbed my attention the first time I heard him and I have never been disappointed by a live or studio performance.
+Tj Taylor Why the huh? My comment is pretty easy to understand. There is no mention on my part of his vocals or passion. My comment was that I do not like the overly quiet part in the guitar solo. It's as if he is playing air guitar because you can barely hear it. Ive seen him play Old Love where he does not do this and I prefer those versions as opposed to this one. That's my opinion and Im sticking to it. Maybe you love this type of solo, but I dont. In fact you'd never see Eric Clapton playing an Old Love solo so quietly.
These guys are so good, they should be worldwide famous.
Yes I’m in New Zealand and would love to hear them live
I used to have an old love ,she is the mother of these two boys, I am the father, watched both of them being born, I still love them all. and the old love is still a new love to me..
Thats beautiful xx
billy nimmo brilliant words. They are both very very talented musicians to say the least.
bet you are both very proud of your two sons ,very talented and nice guys with it ,respect
What a lucky Dad. You must be very proud.
It's not a song about a woman - it's about alcohol
I'm nearly 60, thought I'd heard it all. These guys are kin brilliant

My now ex-wife introduce me to KK a few years ago and I was blown away. I don't understand that they are so good and yet still relatively unknown. I have seen them several times and come back to UK annually to see them if I can
Eric Clapton, no matter how great he is, has nothing on you Alan. Your music is pure to my soul
well....there's writing and singing.....I love these guys but it's much easier to go through the jungle after the first guy used his machete` to cut the path...iffin' ya get what I'm gettin' at.
As a big Clapton fan, I expected to be disappointed .... but this is wonderful. What a great voice!
This is a tremendous song by a fantastic group!!!!
Alan's never forgot what he and his brother Stevie did well . They should have been as big as Joe Bonamassa . Very fond memories go back 18 years and its nice to see great posts of Alan or Stevie

Nunca conseguiré que se acabe
Ahora sé que nunca aprenderé

I can feel your body
When I'm lying in bed
There's too much confusion
Going around through my head.
And it makes me so angry
To know that the flame still burns
Why can't I get over?
When will I ever learn?.
Old love, leave me alone
Old love, go on home.
I can see your face
But I know that it's not real
It's just an illusion
Caused by how I used to feel.
And it makes me so angry
To know that the flame will always burn
I'll never get over
I know now that I'll never learn.

+Jade Sambrook Totally intentional by Alan. I've seen him actually turn the guitar volume down to zero during that section.
your so wrong there jade , totally intentional
