using both in a game called gunz the duel, where the better players in glad mode click very often(tbf requires about 6+ clicks of the mouse in under 1 second) with model o 2 set to 0ms debounce, it outperforms the viper 3 that uses optical switches. its like the viper has a baked in unchangeable debounce on optical switches for no good reason at all. ive got a model o 2 pro on the way to see how that fares. glorious lets you change every aspect of debounce. i expect it to technically beat out both at high level play. players at the highest level in that game playing someone of equal skill reach 400-500 apm. higher than average esports players. makes a good test worth noting i will never use a mouse or keyboard wireless, so dongle doesn't really matter. those tiny tiny variations in input response do make a difference at a high level but most users wont care
As an owner of a DAV3... the scroll wheel is absolute shit. Had it for 6 months and I have scroll wheel issues that need constant cleaning to have it function for maybe a week. Other than that it's a great mouse. I had the Model D wireless V1 and I use it for work and it's still going strong. Probably would've gotten the D2 Pro had I known about it sooner.... (Also personally prefer DPI button being on the top) but... if i get a new mouse it'll probably be a lamzu mouse.
Yeah mine completely crapped the bed within a month of making that video. Entirely unusable now. Tried a bunch since then - Asus ROG Harpe, Keris II, NZXT Lift 2 Ergo - and finally settled on the Pulsar Xlite V3 Large. Been great so far. Only “gripe” is the open bottom but I’m not a savage with crumbs and shit all over my desk so we will see how it fares in the long run. Good luck with the Lamzu let me know how it stacks up to the DAV3.
Razer are doing it on purpose. So people buy their mouse twice instead of once... Trash company. you have to switch the encoder urself. My favorite ergo is the Model D/D2 wireless, and Pulsar V3 large. For mediumrgos, EC-2, and D minus wireless is great.
I ended up getting the Lamzu Thorn. Battery life isnt as good but everything else about it is better. I RMAd the DA3 and got a brand new one from support, which I will just give to my cousin.
i actually like protruded side buttons on glorious. winner for me! i use supergrips from pulsar and that 0.5mm when added to deathadder make these button feels super dumb... when on model D it actually feels really good to use. i dont know...its just me.
This is exactly the video I needed, thank you!
Tysm for giving the conclusion quickly
Other gripe with the DA : Synapse. And a personal history of trouble with every Razer product I've owned.
In the Uk i saw a D2 pro for 60 bucks and the deathadvver v3 is like 120 so imma just get the the D2 thanks for the video was really helpfull

Have they fixed the wireless issues on the d2 pro ?
The fix I found is making sure the USB receiver is plugged into a 2.0 port.
@@MercuryTVwhat if you dont have a 2.0 port
thanks man

don't you think that if you were to do a mouse review for the VIEWERS that you'd actually up close the comparisons? mind blowing idea
Valid criticism.
