RoyalMount is not quite the 2nd largest mall in Canada when it isn't even half completed yet, I believe right now it's the 44th biggest mall in Canada. Not sure why they decided to open it early, but hey, it's something.
May all the shops are not yet opened but area wise it is the 2nd largest mall. Many different sites i.e. mtl and others stated it as the 2nd largest mall.
