    It's very cute, and definitely has the charm of a picnic basket! These types of telescoping cantilever storage boxes are great for sewing notions like threads and needles, things you need to replace and switch often. Super cool!

    Awesome build.... love the plywood pattern. I'm a very functional minded person. At first it seemed like such a waste of time but now I think it really makes the notoriously ugly plywood look really good.

    Wow this was amazing and beautiful! I can’t wait to see what the lady thought of it! As a sewer, and novice woodworker, I would cry if someone gave me this beautiful box!!

    That was a really good video, It's easy to see you put a huge amount of work into not just the woodwork but the video editing itself. A pleasure to watch.

    That looks great good job. I especially like the templates you used. And the sand paper. I'm going to use these methods on my next project. Maybe I'll even try to go this one.

    Great job, very beautiful!
    I have a question,
    Tell me the name of the brown hard tree you use in the video.
    The tree looks similar to the waste wood used in my work.
    I do not know the name of the tree. Thank you.

    Great build. Nice attention to detail. Gotta say though, you get your fingers _really_ close to that table saw blade. Makes me nervous!

      @CornerfieldShop  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks Rod! I can understand how you feel. Sometimes when I watch back my footage I feel the same way. However I never make a cut if it feels unsafe or if I doubt myself. Always respect the tool and stay 100% focused at what you're doing. That's not to say I can't work safer off course. Never hurts to get reminded of that fact 😉

    Complimenten hoor!
    Wat voor zaagblad gebruik jij in je DeWalt? Groet, Hans

    • @CornerfieldShop
      @CornerfieldShop  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Bedankt Hans 👍 Ik gebruik twee verschillende bladen van Freud. 1 met 60 tanden en 1 met 40 tanden. Meer tanden is fijn met afkorten maar minder handig voor het in de lengte doorzagen. De bladen bevallen allebei prima maar ik heb weinig andere bladen gehad. Ze zijn in ieder geval een stuk beter dan wat je er bij krijgt. Enige andere blad dat ik ooit gehad heb was van Makita en die was ook erg goed. De reden dat ik deze nu heb is omdat ik ze om hoek kan halen. Hopelijk heb je wat aan deze info. Groeten!

    What kind screw did you use on the sides?

    • @CornerfieldShop
      @CornerfieldShop  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's a screw that has two parts. One hollow end with tread, the other side is a machine screw. Those screw into each other holding the two pieces together while having a smooth shank in the middle. I hope that makes sense. No idea what they are called...
