Hey man I have had tons of issues bleeding the cooling system when using aftermarket expansion tanks like that. If you look inside where the steam hose attaches (the small one, highest point of th system and key to bleeding it). And you see rubber hose extending downwards that’s your issue. I honestly don’t know why that’s there, it’s important that’s the highest point. I pull the rubber hose over with needle nose pliers and cut a slit in it so air can escape.
Take out the ATF and replace it with 75w90 on your transmission. Especially with a boosted setup, ATF is too thin for high hp applications, can cause transmission to grenade.
Z3m is probably the radiator you got that was in your car from the junkyard they are larger radiators from the factory but fit e36 as well
