Agree with your review of LTX Studio, Haydn. Besides your two gripes - slow-mo and 4th wall - two other requests from me would be some form of lip-syncing integration (Wav2Lips is free but it's lowres) and blinking (right now, it's hit and miss). other than that, LTX Studio looks promising for content creators like us, even at beta stage.
100% agree. LTX studio is off to a great start, but I hope they have legitimate narrative filmmakers on their development team, otherwise it'll end up being just another tool for making social media posts.
I know what we could make, just like a de red the eye from photo remember those. We could make a tool to atleast make the eyes look away. Even though the head wouldn’t point away. That would help already made pictures or videos too.

I love your perspective and the way you explained your idea behind democratization of film making, allowing for more creative storytelling that might not fit into easily quantifiable concepts for profit analysis. Hey! I've been meaning to reply for DAYS. Genuinely and sincerely, thanks very much for the feedback and encouragement. I'm taking a calculated risk with this channel in that I'm deliberately NOT creating the content that various AI algorithms tell me will get the most views, but instead, I'm aiming to connect with a quality community of likeminded, genuine storytellers. Screenwriters, Directors and Filmmakers generally who still intend to put the work in, but are looking to expand their creativity with AI rather than replace their creativity with it. Really great to be on the same journey with creatives like yourself :-)

Am I missing something with LTX Studio? My video comes out very poor quality, not crisp. And if I don't immediately download the video generations, when I come back to LTX Studio later, the generated video clip thumbnails morph into some random scene and it indicates they've not yet been rendered.
Sounds like you're really struggling. Unfortunately your experience with LTX Studios is probably part and parcel of the early-release pattern. Still buggy, still patchy. Unfortunately it seems to be the cultural norm for AI tools these days. I suspect they'll iron out the kinks in the weeks ahead.
Funny you should ask. I was starting to look at Morph studio yesterday and figured it’s time I looked at a comparison of two or three story flow type products.
I agree entirely (obviously). I think they’ve built it to match the kind of content that Curious Refuge did really well with when they created the Wes Anderson Star Wars Trailers.
If you use your own images you can better setup your shots. I use stable diffusion but you can use midjourney or whatever other tool you want to use. This method allows you to somewhat control the shot a little better although the trade off is you can't really use the consistent character feature in LTX. However I find that with stable diffusion and some clever prompting or specific workflows I can get the consistency I want.
Great, people are not going to do their own movies, they never did and never will, FILM MAKERS will. People who dont have movies in them want movie makers to surprise them, move them and the complete spectrum of FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS. AI will be a great tool. Stupid money grab movies can be done just with AI but real movies need real motivations. A need from someone to tell a story.

It really is a fun tool to use. Definitely not perfect, but they're heading in the right direction for a storytelling tool.
