Currently watching through "The Unit" again. Came across it because Dennis Haysbert was awesome in "24". I was not disappointed, and this first episode remains one of my favourites. This video really does show off the awesomeness of Jonas Blane!!
If they would do a show like this today about Delta Force on the history, fx,a tv station or streaming app of that caliber, this could be so much more dark and grittier of a storyline
The ONLY real complaint I have is trying to find video clips from the show on TH-cam. Trying to search for “The Unit” just kicks up too many off-topic ones. I guess that was the point, though. Nice and non-descriptive.

No show will ever beat The Unit. It was in its own league. I love SEAL TEAM but this was something else
SEAL team will always have this show in realism
@@liam9214yeah cause in this show I can’t tell if they’re soldiers or secret agents

"They're our brothers"

“I’ll try, means I’ll fail!!!”

One of the best shows to ever be on television!
The LEGENDARY Snakedoctor!
Damn right!
Love that he asked for anyone with a ranger tab and they all followed him instead of the commanding officer lol
Dennis Haysbert could have been The Equalizer
Oh man... I saw The Equalizer movies a few months ago and was thinking the same thing!! That would just be too good!
"They're ready for somebody but they ain't ready for us!" Sgt. Major Jonas Blane aka Snake Doc

Wow amazing seeing people finally watching this video again we could get some attention to bring back the unit
I agree the Unit is so underrated!
Not saying this show is 100% why i joined the army back in 2007, but yea it had a lot to do with it 4 sure!
This is one of the best shows I’ve ever seen. The writing and philosophies in here have helped me in life. I was like 13 when I first saw this show
This show keep me going in those tough days
Never happen, it's been 15 years. It would have to start with a whole new cast.
Before we had Seal Team - we had The Unit!
And Strikeback...

My call sign on COD Modern Warefare 2 is “SnakeDoctor” because of this show!👏🏾
Please bring back the unit
They left out the gangster-ass perfectly synchronized walk the breach team had to setup under the plane.
Still one of the best shows
the unit! I still dream about it, why stopped there
Always wonder why myself🤷🏿♂️
The general tried to pull rank on the Sergeant Major LOL
A still heart, nerves of steel and determination... lead to success!

It should've been: This is The United States Army. I've taken this plane. GET OFF MY PLANE! y'all have a goodn
Love this series
The zoomers in the comments don’t know but the first ever Black President died to make this show a reality
The only decent black President (he was also a Democrat, but that doesn't matter because he was awesome).
Lmao at that guy thinking he had operational command over special ops.
Pretty good way of showing the viewer what is going through his mind as he storms that plane. I wish the UK had shows like this.
Best show ever!
Awesome show and great cast 👏 👍
They could probably make a movie. IMHO, it was the pre-cursor to Navy Seals.
agree this show was bad ass got the whole box set
no wonder plays as god in Lucifer!
S1 E1, Good series, great episode. It went off the rails with too much focus on the families. Should have stayed with the story on the missions.
Doesn't get cooler than SM Blaine and Col Hannibal Smith; The Unit and The A Team.
