I’ve always cleaned the apartment I lived in before I left, including the nail holes, so all the owner had to do was paint over it. I’ve always gotten my full deposit back and was told many times they never saw a place so clean after renting. It’s sad when people ruin other people’s property.

Which is also why I'm moving on my own next year, to be on my own schedule). But even if I don't clean before I leave, if i just take everything i own out the house and don't vacuum or scrub, I'm still leaving it cleaner than what it was when I moved in. I'll be happy to still clean up just to help get a decent reference but I'd absolutely have to stop caring, like the last tenant must have, in order to make this place look as bad as it did. Hubby and I actually had one landlord lie, and tell a future landlord that we paid lousy and weren't good tenants, when we were perfect. Fortunately, our next landlord saw through the lie and took us. She was smart enough to know that if we were as bad as she said, that she'd want us out. We were such good tenants that the old one didn't want to lose us. That was a pretty crappy thing to do.
It happened to me too. Turned out the landlord made a mistake and thought I was a different tenant who made a mess in is unit. Turned out fine. But he should've been more careful and not spread that kind of information without making sure it was the right tenant.
Yep! I would not mind moving into a house like and even such as that. This house looks to be an excellent starter home. One that you may not think you will ever need more, but one day you will find that one woman who makes your heart aflutter and before you know it you two are married. So you will need a bigger house to start your new family in quickly enough.
@@Bob.W. you don't have to pay taxes on stocks in US? Where I live it's a fix percentage on stocks and fonds and can be lower then the personal tax rate real estate/rent falls into but still tax ;)
All the years of being a landlord I've only had one guy I would rerent too. Matter of fact everytime I got a new house ready he would get the first opportunity to move into it. He was a home base nurse and one of his clients left him a house so I lost the best renter I ever had, but good for him.
I was that type of a tenant and my landlord tried to offer me lower rent to get me to stay but I was moving on for same reason, bought my first home, then when time to sell my first home I kept it in pristine condition it sold on the market first day, so it pays to be a clean neat person everywhere you go.
i remember seeing a comment from a person who was claiming they lived there and how much they appreciated the house. Who knows if the comment is legit but I'm glad they took care of it.
I would treat that place nice too. The landlord shows respect to the tenant by offering up a nice place in the first place and not trying to cheap out at every corner (even though I know it was inexpensively done it was done with quality work)
So glad you took us to re visit this house. I love it and it is so cute. Laughed so hard when you said about the colour and how happy it made you feel. Great job as per usual . Can't wait for the other house update. Xx
The people who are negative, tell them they aren't doing the renovation, they aren't spending their time, it isn't their lively hood and they aren't making money doing this. You are an inspiration and I just started watching, love the videos!
I just moved out of my rental and spent an entire day cleaning the 1-BR apartment. Cleaned it to a similar standard - good to know that generally I'm bucking the trend of tenants who leave the place a mess. This video could also be titled "Tenant DIDN'T destroy my rental property, you won't believe what happened next!"
The great speaker Jim Rohn used to say, "leave a place better than you found it". It's one of my favorite quotes. Doing so shows that you have class and good character:)
Some tenants figure they're not going to get their deposit back so they say fuck it.. I had a 1br in a hotel type of apartment complex and cleaned the fuck outta it. I didnt get my deposit back but then again i smoked inside. The walls were clean, steamed carpet etc Could
My mom would disown me if I didn’t get a deposit back. But I think some people are just hard on places. My sister is a disaster. Her dad bought her a house and the rental community breathed a collective sigh of relief. Holes in the wall, weird carpet stains, broken doors and cabinets. I don’t even think she notices when it happens. Then she’d try to clean the day she moved? Um? So yeah, the fact that you clean the apartment and go tells me that you are not hard on your home. Good man.
"Everyone turns into a real estate mogul and knows how to allocate every single dime while sitting on their sofa watching TH-cam." Haha! Well said. Keep up the good work!
What he's doing w/ funds is simple math. The only catch is quality & standards. Oh & he prob has more of the correct exposure to ppl. Really, I could sh alot of friends & family & friends of the family if I had a certain amount. I'm pretty sure ppl invested in property don't start off rich. & I'm sure knowing ppl helps. But yeah no. I couldn't do ppl like that. I'm too busy being broke on my own. Someone once told me I'd be good in real estate. I thought to myself no I wouldn't. I'd be telling everyone why not to buy something
This was my favorite house. It bring back nice memories because it was at a time I needed the distraction, guess I binged watched it. I'm happy the tenant left it in great condition. Thank you. Really enjoy the videos.
You did a great job! I was impressed with your quality workmanship! The vinyl floor looks nice, hides the dirt, and stands up well to moisture. Gray exterior was a good choice to keep it looking clean. I am in the cleaning business so I see what shows the dirt. When Mom and Dad got married Dad built their first house. It was small and it was called the garage house. After two kids, Dad turned it into a garage and built a small, 3 bedroom ranch with a breezeway and basement attached to the garage. When Dad was living he taught our brother the construction trade. You sound like a hardworking young man and we wish you the best!
That felt pad caught my eye the second he walked into the kitchen, and I wondered what it was. Turned out it was something I would have done as well (and have been doing multiple places in my own house). I hope the person who lived in the house watches this video, he deserves to hear all the praise he got. :) The title of the video being what it is, I was expecting a disaster. :P
Wow the house look’s like you just finished it and renting it out for the first time. What a great tenant. I love the grey and white, nice a clean looking. Your house you do whatever colour’s you like and it’s obviously working.
1BR houses are pretty rare in my city but there was one near me that wanted $2500/month, and this was several years ago before rents skyrocketed here. I was clearly shocked, and the agent said, "It's really cute inside!" I said, "It better be cute for $2500!" Now studios are renting for over $1300 and they probably want $3500 for that cottage.
Not to mention if he ever gets tired of renting he can sell the property for way more than he spent on it. Also I bet all the millions of views he got on the build series doesn't hurt either.
@@LeJimster The views from that video probably paid for the initial cost of the house. Basically got a free house and by repairing it instantly gained more equity and then recurring rental income.
5 years to get his money back, then he still has to get his labor money out of it, to actually get a profit. By that time repair cost will come into play, so not as much as you think, but still an absolutely great investment.
Thank you for the encouragement! I owned my literally $12000 home for three years now and still in drywall stage... you really give positive perspective! Though I do pay taxes and water and other utilities, once I get to it it will be throwing off cash! Thanks man!
Reminds me of the last home I rented before I purchased. I put a lot of my own time and money fixing it up. They ended up charging $700 more per month for the next people that rented it. So glad you have good tenants that appreciated the place!
Glad to have a new video from you! What a “gem” you had for a tenant! The house doesn’t even look like it was lived in. I can’t believe people would criticize house colors...especially GRAY! We had a person paint a LARGE VICTORIAN HOUSE...PINK! Yes.... pink! And the large barn on the property too! Right as you come in to a large community! Now that could be criticized! LOL!! And the interior....LOVE THE ALL WHITE and dark floors! That is the proper look now! So YES.... you nailed it! Great to have a new video! Hope all is well!
I have a bubblegum pink house neighbor myself. But got to say it grew on me over time. My house a blue -grey body with white trim and dark grey and a dark red accent colors.
It makes me happy to see a landlord on TH-cam who is praising their tenants. Not saying others shouldn’t berate bad tenants, this video is just a good thing to see
You are an amazing young man, each video I watch I’m impressed with your skills and thoughts. Keep up the good work and I could never find fault with your work. Some folks have your skill set but most don’t have your work ethic. I would send your old renter a nice house warming gift since he left yours in great shape, it’s just the right thing to do...
think only thing i would really do if i owned the place. Putting landscaping fabric down around the base of the house. maybe about foot wide and got some stone/gravel down around it. It would just keep the grass from growing right up agiasnt the house. Less hassle for weed whacking. but also wouldnt leave marks from weedwacker either on side of house.
Great job! The house looks amazing! I've been renting houses for 20 years and I can tell you, you are spot on! If you're making money on a house that mortgage free, you're moving forward! Again, good job!
Wonderful! We always glance inside the renters car to see how clean it is and that will tell you about about someone. I like clean renters. I agree your methods and thoughts on rental houses.
Whoa, never thought of that! Our apartment and our 2 cars are tidy and always 15 min away from being clean. And we have 3 kids. Yah, our landlord loves us.
I am 66 years old and have rented many different places here in America and abroad. I have NEVER found one clean enough to move into and I have left every place immaculate. You are very fortunate.
We received a letter of gratitude from my daughter’s landlord when she moved out. We had even filled in the nail holes. He had never had a renter do that. The Golden Rule is a good one.
Years ago, I rented a house and lived there almost two years, when I left, the owners/landlords met with me to give me my deposit back and added $35. for getting the grout in the bathroom so clean. It is a shame that there are people who think nothing of trashing a place and or leaving it nasty, that is why security deposits have gotten so high. I have to add, I do understand where you're coming from but I have had two cats and still kept my home clean and free of destruction, maybe instead of turning away pet owners, charge a higher deposit, you could be missing out on some good renters.
Exactly! I’ve always treated anything I rented like it was mine. I had an apartment complex show the apt. After handing them the keys because they knew how I took care of the unit. I rented a house one time and had to move from the area for cancer treatment. The landlord told me “ if you ever want to come back just let me know and I’ll get rid of whoever’s here! 😂 The house belonged to her deceased parents, and she was more interested in finding someone that would take care of it than making a lot of money. Cheapest house I’d ever rented!
Its really nice to see the house again. I'm glad you had a very responsible renter. When I rented, my landlord was very appreciative of my care of the apartment and that I was also easy to communicate with when there was an issue needing fixed. He was sad to lose a good renter, but he was happy my husband and I were buying a house.. Just because you don't own it doesn't mean you should treat it as less important!
That house was left in great shape. I rent and i treat as it is mine, the bathtub was leaking and would not turn off , instead of calling landlord we fixed it.
Minor dings and dents is just apart of living somewhere for a year that still looks really nice and you can tell they tried to be careful that is awesome its always a shame when you see people destroy a rental because its not theirs.
You have a great work ethic and provide much needed quality affordable housing. I'm glad you don't concern yourself with negative comments, because anyone can say bad things. Can a lot of people say they created a clean place for a people to live. Hello from the Midwest. Continued Blessings
My wife and I are glad to see that your back filming. We’re looking forward to seeing an update on the 9000 dollar house. I’m the one that was joking about the suspenders and a belt mostly because I do the same thing. We think you’re doing a great job.
You did nail it! Clean looking house- color is not too loud. The size of the house guarantees no big families move in - only singles and couples. Big families are more prone to rough up the rental. Great decisions made here!👍
I rented a very similar house to this one, when I was in graduate school. The back of the house was kind of built into the hillside. The house was 1-story cinder-block construction like this little place. Would've been fun to own that property. Planted iris and day-lily. Iris looks better all summer, and you just make room for daylily in the solid iris. Anyway, that's what I did at that place.
If you want a color pop on the house .. it's popular to paint the door a bright red or dark burgundy. And it's easy to change the color any time. You had an amazing renter that took care of the place.
Good job on this house. Don’t listen to the negative naysayers. I am a property manager for several houses and never had a rental left in that good of shape. He definitely deserves a thank you from you 😊
I love this house! I started following you when you sledge hammered out the old chimney! I had a crazy year and you gave me what I needed a consistent foundation, something I could trust. Real Action in a demonstrable fashion. It saved my life so to speak. Your good old fashioned approach and frank description of what you do swept away all the "pie in the sky" crap floating in my head. I cannot say Thank You enough, Good old hard work, WORKS every time. Don't try to please the trolls, try and please yourself, 'cause in the end its yours, no one else is gonna live your life for you, only you know whats best for your life. Keep Going!
I always used to clean the house whenever I rented! And now as a homeowner and soon the be a new homeowner for another house all I hope is that they clean it nice before I move in!
Blinds in ANY house are soooooo hard not to trash, especially if you have large ASSHATS for animals. >_> I'm blown away by that house condition. I can only hope that our first renters will be that lovely. I don't know who is saying that the color of the walls makes a difference in rent. As a renter I can attest to the fact that it has NEVER been a factor into whether I would rent a place or not. Beisde location and bedrooms, in our area number of bathrooms and if it has a basement are a big deal as well. I do know aesthetic eventually comes to play in the sale of a house, but flipping to sell and flipping to rent are two different beasts to slay I personally feel.
I rented a place where every wall was a different neon color. I definitely wouldn’t have rented it if they didn’t let me change it! But then again I paid for all the paint and did the work 🤣
Way back when I rented, I had a habit of moving every year or two at the end of my lease because I grew up military and had trouble NOT moving. What can I say, it is in my blood! That being said, I always made sure my apartments were that clean because I needed every penny of my deposit back to put down on my next place.
Same here. The incentive was always to get my full deposit back, though I am sort of a neat freak and like everything clean anyway, so it was a no brainer for me.
Very nice, you motivated me to buy a fix up house cheap. What amazes me is how little $ you put into it. I am keeping all receipts and its adding up fast. The little things really are getting me. I just finished up the rough framing, and working on mechanicals. The house I am doing, I have to pull permits on everything (like yours). I'll do something, and have to go back and do it again since I was not careful enough to get it correct.
You also nailed it on the renter! He left your place immaculate! Well Done. I also think, landlords also need to make routine inspections to make sure renters aren't hoarders and are treating the property respectfully. You really lucked out with your renter.
We rented the same place for vacation for 18 years. We left it cleaner then we got. My mom said this is the way to be welcomed back every year. And, We were welcomed back every year!
My Dad built the house I grew up in. He had no experience in building houses. He told me while he was building it "friends" would come by to tell him how he was doing "it" wrong, but none offered to help. 40 years later the house is still standing strong and my brother's family are loving it. Do it the way you think it should be done and don't worry about what other people say. I love the videos.
The difference is that your dad built it with love. This remodel was done for profit. There was no thought about how it would affect the renter, such as that tiny closet with no bar to hang clothes on or the tiny porch that no one could enjoy.
That is amazing, never seen a rental property left in such a clean condition. Give those tenants a letter of recommendation. They deserve it. Really nice little house too.
“I’m looking at this and I don’t feel sad at all” haha. Wow, 8 million views, good for you! Hope you made money off of it. You and Lucas are two people I happily watch the advertisements for and click on links for you to generate income on here because y’all are so likeable and deserving. All the best from Holland!
You are right. You did nail it. I watched you from the very beginning rehab this house. You had a LOT of work to do! You did it by yourself and what a great job you did. So happy to see it again and know that your renters there have kept it in such great shape!
I think the key is that you found a good property management company. It sounds like they do really screen your renters. Thanks for sharing this series with us.
You do what you do and you do it well. Everyone will have opinions, but at the end of the day, it's your house and you know the market around you. Love your videos, learning so much. Thank you for your time and energy.
Ok but I'd have alotta connects if I wasn't such a misfit. I'm not really a misfit but f them anyways. Besides that childhood buddy all the way in Ohio. Yeah, that's not gonna do me any good. It's not like I talk to her anymore anyways. At first I thought this dude had buns in his hair. W/ some red accessories.
Our landlord popped in to repair an outlet and said our apartment looked "better than any of his properties EVER, even nicer than when I (landlord) lived here!" One of the best compliments I ever got. This is where we are raising our family of 5. Why anyone would not take care of their home like they own it is beyond me. Improving the outdoors and keeping the inside shining is a joy to us.
we just had renters that left the place in such a state, that it took over a month to repair the damage, including a cracked tub, and two broken cabinet doors that were ripped off the carcass. there were foot prints on the walls and one light fixture was held together with making tape. they tried to tell us that it was all like that when they moved in. fortunately, we went through a rental agency and they took many photos before. this was rented to a professional couple.
@@MermaidmomUP Funny you say that. So many people are against pets but are fine with small children. I'm a renter and have a dog and he has never even dug a hole in the yard. Never destroyed anything but my gosh, I've seen some houses absolutely destroyed by children.
I love that you're not a house flipper! There are lots of lovely renters who are looking for a place to live in and make a home in. Not everyone can afford to buy a home but that doesn't mean they want to live in a hovel either. Usually, if it's a nice place, the tenants will take care of it and I also learned to always clean the house I was moving out of. I grew up in a military family and married into the military as well and it was part of your duties, to clean the house you were living in. My mother used to have to go through a white glove inspection of the whole house!! It all comes down to respect for other people's property and pride in yourself.
super cool video! If im not mistaken, I subscribed when you posted the original video of this house. I'm 33. I followed a similar method. I purchase a foreclosed home in Michigan for $18,000. It had 2 walnut trees in the backyard I sold for 6,000. :) The 2 story, 3 bedroom home is paid for. But... It was built in the 1920's. I'm looking at replacing the roof, adding a drain into the driveway [as it builds huge puddles by garage when it rains], a new furnace ect. I love watching your build videos and just hearing your expertise! Thanks!
As someone who literally looks at mature trees as a huge asset when shopping for a house, it breaks my heart that you removed such invaluable features. But, I'm probably in the minority of home shoppers that care that much about the value of established landscaping. *sigh* I can always pretend your walnut trees had outlived their usefulness to that home and would have been an extreme detriment had you kept them. Plus that's $6,000 you can put toward sing the house. - a former Michigander transplanted to tree-lacking Texas
@@yayab4771 my mom's property had 4 walnut trees. When we sold it after her death, the new owner had them all cut down, along with an older pine tree (and didn't sell the wood - just cut 'em down). Sure, it was his right. But it was still heartbreaking/shocking that first drive-by, seeing the stumps. The (large) yard had been ruined, imo

There's always two sides to every story no I want to hear his
Jeff Gogo Yes that was downright dirty☹️
I really hope you gave the previous tenants an amazing reference. they seemed awesome!
That tenant left because he bought a house.

"WHY DID YOU PAINT THAT HOUSE THAT COLOR!?" .... You: Because I'm grown and that's the choice I made without needing anybody approval :-/ ... Done
Yep! I would not mind moving into a house like and even such as that. This house looks to be an excellent starter home. One that you may not think you will ever need more, but one day you will find that one woman who makes your heart aflutter and before you know it you two are married. So you will need a bigger house to start your new family in quickly enough.
the interior color should be a bit warmer. Paint is cheap.Imagination could do a bit more

now my kid is almost grown , i want to find a house like this 1.
So, a 27% return on investment for the year. I'd say you beat the S&P by a significant margin.
Assume he pays taxes and insurance from gross rent.
tax, insurance and mgmt fee need to be factored in. probably 18%
@@Bob.W. you don't have to pay taxes on stocks in US? Where I live it's a fix percentage on stocks and fonds and can be lower then the personal tax rate real estate/rent falls into but still tax ;)
@@phyllisstein1837 Correct. I came up with ~15% using the expenses I would pay on this place in my market.
15% sounds pretty damn good to me. Here in Australia the rental return on my investment property 40km/25miles from the city was about 2%
I would buy a house exactly like this in a heartbeat.
You must have had some really nice tenants in this house!! So nice they left it in good order!
Yes it does
i remember seeing a comment from a person who was claiming they lived there and how much they appreciated the house. Who knows if the comment is legit but I'm glad they took care of it.
It shows they also respect the landlord and loved the apartment 👍
I would treat that place nice too. The landlord shows respect to the tenant by offering up a nice place in the first place and not trying to cheap out at every corner (even though I know it was inexpensively done it was done with quality work)
You got very lucky with the renter you had in this place hope your new renter is as good as the last one
What a nice little reminder. You didn't even have a tenth of the subscribers when you started that project. Mad. Cheers for the update...
It's a beautiful home...Great renovation...I would rent that house in a "hot minute"!!!
The walls were clean, steamed carpet etc Could
Most tenants leave their rentals in good condition. If they didn’t, there wouldn’t be so many people investing in rentals.
Good man.
"Everyone turns into a real estate mogul and knows how to allocate every single dime while sitting on their sofa watching TH-cam."
Haha!
I don't think your prior tenant used that oven even once. Single guys and microwaves were made to be together! *hahaha*
He said a guy and a gal lived there.
You did a great job. The house looks great. People are always going to voice their opinion. You don’t have to explain yourself.
@@mrjakobt A guy and a gal are moving in next ... a single guy has just moved out.
My renter let his child use a bedroonm wall as a dart board. This looks fantastic!!
That felt pad caught my eye the second he walked into the kitchen, and I wondered what it was.
Turned out it was something I would have done as well (and have been doing multiple places in my own house).
I hope the person who lived in the house watches this video, he deserves to hear all the praise he got. :)
The title of the video being what it is, I was expecting a disaster. :P
the "he was a really good boy" at 16:20 was so cute in like a proud dad kinda way lol thanks for the update video!
Wow the house look’s like you just finished it and renting it out for the first time.
What a great tenant.
I love the grey and white, nice a clean looking. Your house you do whatever colour’s you like and it’s obviously working.
Crazy how cheap that house and rent is. Where I live that house would cost like $200,000 and rent for $1,000/month at least
10% down payment is $1,200. , interest rate at 1% . Wow
Are you in California? I am and rent is ridiculous.
Why would anyone want to stay where housing is through the roof? Just doesn't make any sense to me.
Cheapest rent where I live is 600 a month and it's a 1 bedroom dump
That's a pretty good return on investment considering you own it outright
Yeah, he's looking at about 5 years. Usually anything less than 10 is considered good
Not to mention if he ever gets tired of renting he can sell the property for way more than he spent on it.
"I'm looking at this and I don't feel sad at all!" haha Gray is perfect functional color. It makes the windows and door frames pop.
You are lucky. Many renters are not so good.
think only thing i would really do if i owned the place.
I like your idea about looking inside their car. I may just try this idea. . .
Ha, my cars a mess but I keep my house clean
My car is currently spotless. During the height of kid years, it was filthy. But I didn't let the kids trash the house.
Wow! Seems like that last tenant was a dream. Hope the new couple treats it just as well!
The house belonged to her deceased parents, and she was more interested in finding someone that would take care of it than making a lot of money. Cheapest house I’d ever rented!

Bro I've never seen a apt/house rented and be returned in a yr in that good of condition.hes the luckiest landlord in the wotld
You made a very nice place for someone to live. So glad you got a renter who treated it with respect. Respecting your renters pays off. Well done.
You are so lucky, you had a great tenant , they left the house beautiful!
I love the grey paint, such wonderful little place!
After pouring $27K into the house, what is it's market value now?
If you want a color pop on the house .. it's popular to paint the door a bright red or dark burgundy. And it's easy to change the color any time.
You had an amazing renter that took care of the place.
If only ALL tenants were like that, being a landlord would be a dream.
That's a nice house. Perfect for a couple. You're a good landlord, too!

I am a property manager for several houses and never had a rental left in that good of shape. He definitely deserves a thank you from you 😊
Forget the naysayers, you are amazing at what you do! Your former tenant was also amazing. The house is still in perfect shape.

The past renters in this place were amazing. You got very lucky. I hope all your future renters are just as good.
But then again I paid for all the paint and did the work 🤣
Really nice job with the purchase and renovation. Very lucky to have tenants like that who didnt tear the place down.
Way back when I rented, I had a habit of moving every year or two at the end of my lease because I grew up military and had trouble NOT moving. What can I say, it is in my blood! That being said, I always made sure my apartments were that clean because I needed every penny of my deposit back to put down on my next place.
Nice. I owned a rental near a base and that's who I rented to. It took days of cleaning after every tenant and usually painting.
Same here. The incentive was always to get my full deposit back, though I am sort of a neat freak and like everything clean anyway, so it was a no brainer for me.
Lol I’m a trend setter! My house was grey for 25 years! I just had it painted brown, tan and white trim! I’m super happy! ❤️👍🏼
I cant wait to see you renovate a small apartment building in the future!
When it comes to picking renters, I think you're doing everything right!
You also nailed it on the renter! He left your place immaculate! Well Done. I also think, landlords also need to make routine inspections to make sure renters aren't hoarders and are treating the property respectfully. You really lucked out with your renter.
I'm astounded by how nice the house is! It looks just like the day you finished! I'm looking forward to the 'two years later' video!
We rented the same place for vacation for 18 years. We left it cleaner then we got. My mom said this is the way to be welcomed back every year. And, We were welcomed back every year!
I got so excited to see this video in my notifications. The house looks amazing.

I'm sorry to hear this, wow. Sounds like they had children!
@@MermaidmomUP Funny you say that. So many people are against pets but are fine with small children. I'm a renter and have a dog and he has never even dug a hole in the yard. Never destroyed anything but my gosh, I've seen some houses absolutely destroyed by children.

What a brilliant house. Your previous tenants left it in tremendous order. Fantastic respect for your property. Well done.
"Would I do it to my own house? I did." That made me laugh. The house looks great!

I'm 33. I followed a similar method. I purchase a foreclosed home in Michigan for $18,000. It had 2 walnut trees in the backyard I sold for 6,000. :)
The 2 story, 3 bedroom home is paid for. But... It was built in the 1920's.
I'm looking at replacing the roof, adding a drain into the driveway [as it builds huge puddles by garage when it rains], a new furnace ect. I love watching your build videos and just hearing your expertise!
Thanks!
Pretty sweet you got that much the trees.
@@trackjosh my father buys and sell standing timber on the side, so he helped with that :P I can't take all the credit lol
