  • In this session, Dr. Judy and Gwen discuss Rabies Vaccination from a pet owner's perspective. Dr. Judy first points out that she is not an anti-vaxer but instead a minimal-vaxer. Gwen shares information about a study of the longevity of the vaccine in dogs and Dr. Judy tells of an experience she had with a kitten she once examined that turned out to be rabid. Dr. Judy gives some very important pointers when we come to the place where we must vaccinate our pets. She also warns us of what to watch for after our pets are vaccinated. (Recorded 6/25/21)

I don’t know if it’s true or not but I heard some states allow the owners to give the dog a rabies shot
