It seems like drugs surround this whole family. Grandma and grandpa had their house raided in 2012. Grandma helping mom get opiates prescribed by a doctor. Mom seems high and her face screams addict. Neither mom nor dad had a license until last year. I'm in recovery and there's just a lot of stuff going on here that screams DRUGS. I'm thinking dad didn't want to her her tested cuz then she'd want to test him back.
I was thinking the same thing. The way she went off camera, rubbing her nose and sniffling was odd. She was doing it when she wasn't even noticeably upset, like crying. There is something very off with her, especially since her alleged boyfriend just got out of jail.
She obviously doesn't understand how the world and money works. I just wish she would have stopped flipping her hair constantly throughout the video, and put it in a damn ponytail if she couldn't keep it out of her face.

My dad got custody of me and my brothers back in 2001. He fought so hard, and thankfully won. He might not have been the best dad, but he tried and sacrificed so much so we never went without. The court really does favor moms. We were bounced from whatever house she lived in at the time to the next until my dad won. I’ll be forever grateful he never gave up on us.
My dad got us back in the 50s. He was a good dad some ways lousey other ways. He did what he could. And I thank God he got us as my mom was bipolar and married a pedo who would have molested us our entire childhood and she would have let him. Dad was not perfect. But he was in comparison to her.

Yea! how stupid can she be to not hire a divorce attorney as his lawyer got everything for his cLIEnt ~ they both lied imo ... like he isn't a party to her being evicted just because it's his parents evicting her out of her family home for the last 10 years as their daughter in law and mother of their grandchildren so their son can move back in as he's paid the mortgage on the house that's in his parent's name as he's a self serving POS for a husband. He should have done the right thing and bought the house from his parents and both husband and wife should be on the deed and her name should be on the vehicle that she drives. He totally controlled her financially, emotionally and physically. If i were the Judge, I would order he pay her alimony for at least 2 years ~ her living expenses based on the $ he paid for the family at the family home so she can get job training and get back to work + child support, healthcare, activities and college as from the state, his kids get free state college. I hope she has a full 10 years married to this POS for a husband so she can college spousal benefits when she turns 62 unless she remarries and it lasts at least 10 years and her next victim makes more than her 1st POS for a husband and am I positive he has a gf or bf.

However, it is through communication with the child that we can find out the degree of emotional, psychological and even spiritual damage the child has suffered living under a roof where there is chaos, verbal or physical abuse, constant arguments, etc.

After seeing countless videos similar to this one, showcasing borderline clinically incompetent, bitter ex wives self-destructing during their cross examination of the husband, I still cannot understand how these women are incapable of realizing that they are damaging themselves irreparably as it pertains to their case for custody of children/allocation of assets, etc. Their first mistake, obviously, was choosing to represent themselves in a matter as life-altering as a custody battle… but the second, and most catastrophic mistake, is choosing to, through their demeanor, tone, and questioning, paint themselves as the obviously irrational, unstable, and unfit parent. The fact that this woman in particular is unable to recognize how downright insane she is making herself look is only explainable by some type of psychological condition, and I mean that in all sincerity; you would have to be mentally ill to believe that this type of performance would help your chances at getting custody of your children.

I was wondering the same thing. Blood pressure and blood glucose have nothing to do with each other. And didn’t she say it had something to do with diabetes? If she really had the condition, surely she would know what it was. I actually felt a little compassion for this one simply because I don’t think she’s all there. That's ott disabilities do not equal to not fit to look after children. The "putting the children in danger" is a trumped up accusation I really struggle to understand some of the things that are being said here and the quickness to judge without thinking that maybe she was a stay at home mother as it suited their living and he worked to provide the money side. There are millions of families that live this way and until the brake down of the marriage one worked the other took care of the children and everything that entailed. I feel for her she cannot afford to hire a lawyer to navigate her through this process. Hearing his various other names that have been used along with assets moved into other ppls shows me he's very calculated and is using every tactic in his lawyers book to get out of any financial responsibilities that his wife of 10 years should get. This wouldn't fly in the uk courts don't work against one parent who's responsibilities in their married life was to take care of the home and the children while the other worked. These things matter and any financial assets being moved, hidden and dodged would be looked into and action taken. This ladies constant playing with her hair while it may annoy some it's a known fact that it is a form of self soothing. She's clearly very upset she's in a legal battle she can barely ascertain and therefore this little action is being used like a bully in a school play yard adults should have more care and think hard before making comments for fun that can have real life effects to who it's aimed at. There are low to no income law clinics available. If she isn't using one it's probably because she refuses to take their advice. They are only in court because she refused to mediate well beforehand. They love to do everything to prevent court if possible. The disabilities she lists that keep her from paid work would disallow her from legally being in charge of others. That does impact her ability to care for her own kids unsupervised. Also, it's very hard to evict someone in the US. All the laws are written to favor thetenants. If she is being evicted, that says a lot about her overall stability. She cannot provide for her kids. Being divorced means each parent must be able to independently provide. Yeah makes no sense to me either altho i get it to some extend aslong as there is a benefit for the children to be around bouth parents ( wich obviosly isnt the case here ) but the thought is so the children can still have bouth parents even if one of them can't finacely take care of them. Wich in theory sounds great but then gets missused in cases like that. As an example, joung males that grow up without a father usually have a higher risk of getting addicted to shit. So yeah, makes sense the court would somewhat like for bouth parents to be involved, but if one is as unstable and mentally unfit as her, she is only daminging the kids.
They are going to look at her income vs. his income and decide the amount based on the difference. He could argue she is willfully underemployed to close the gap.

My mom tried to pull the "im too sick to work" along with the "my youngest daughter was too rambunctious for me to work since I had to stay home to take care of her" during my parents divorce. My dad paid all the bills for two houses since he lived out of state for work and she was always in and out of the doctors. I had begun to write off her complaints as looking for attention and I don't think she even mentioned them to him. Also, I am the baby she mentioned and I was 19 at the time of the divorce and had held a job for 3 years. This lady gives the same energy as my mom.

My brother was getting divorced from a similarity entitled witch who turned everything he did or said into an accusation of wrongdoing. We realised the divorce was going to be a "he said she said". So I advised that for every accusation his question would be "do you have any proof? Witnesses? Video? Recordings? Texts?". And I advised he did it in a very formal emotionally free way, because I knew she would blow up. And she did, spectacularly. The court went with his suggested distribution of assets.
The only thing I heard in this case is her using "MY son", "MY daughter", "MY children" when he always used "OUR son", "OUR daughter", "OUR children" or naming them. I don't need to hear anymore than that to know who think more about the children than about himself/herself... and (imo) will be a better parent.

But parents talking to a third party about their children, in English and being American, when you use 'my son/my daughter' when the other parents in the same conversation uses 'our son/our daughter' is particularly telling.

In the end, the judge gives the gross bi-weekly pay amount. Husband makes a little over $80k per year, and around $60k net after taxes. This isn't a lot for a family of five (she has another daughter from before the marriage), but it's quite a lot when you have zero monthly housing (rent or mortgage) costs. By living in his parents' second home, they were able to live way above their means. So they were living like he made $150k in a small town, just because they had no monthly housing bill. Because of this, the wife feels like she deserves to be given $150k per year to keep living in the style she's become accustomed to. But that's nearly double his actual salary, which is now being split between two households. She was granted $800 / month in child support, which is a LOT more than most people pay unless you're very well off (which they are not.) ETA: oh, and she complained that $800 per month wasn't enough to raise three kids near the end of her testimony / closing. But theu only have two kids - she's using that money on her own daughter too.

She would rather receive food stamps, then getting a job bc she can’t make enough income is an excuse. She says that she was not allowed to get a job, but they have been divorced or in the process since 2023 so you can’t use that excuse anymore. She could work from home, but she doesn’t want a job. The truth is she married him thinking she would be taken care financially for the rest of her life, and now reality has set in. She has no legal reason why her life she be completely financially supported by everyone else. I completely believe in when he says that she doesn’t pick the kids up whenever she supposed to because she’s probably out hanging out with her felling boyfriend who she’s probably shacking up with who probably doesn’t have a job either and they have no plans for the future. You discourage the person from having their own finances, you "take care of everything" then threatened to take it away if they don't do what you say that's the definition of financial abuse I do understand they are getting divorced now so that's different. Honestly, it looks like the parents didn't trust their son or the DIL outright, and they set up a family trust for the house they "gave" their son and his wife to use. I don't blame them. If I were to give my adult kids houses, they'd be given in a trust. The kids could accept or not as they choose, but the family trust would be in place. At some point, the son was an adult, with kids, who lost his driver's license, and didn't have a car. The ex was in the same place. That's not a great place. He is better off now. But that's not the place of someone who was of sound capabilities at the time who should be trusted with a lot of family assets. Now, I don't think the man is hiding anything. He doesn't make a ton of money and was supporting 4 people off that. It was probably only possible because his folks were letting them live in a house free. He is still living with his folks free, which is also understandable. He is still the sole provider for his kids. His parents are subsidizing his adult life, and they appear to have been all along. That' fine. His parent's money isn't his money, nor is it the ex's money to access. His folks having money doesn't mean he hid anything or protected his stuff from her. His parents protected their stuff from everyone and they share it as fit.
@@MissMosierablethe man's mother inherented the house from her parents, she testifed to that. She, wisely, put the home in a trust to protect her assets as she gets older. When you get old and end up needing to live in a nursing home and cannot afford it you will be forced to give up your assets to pay for it. But if the assets are in a trust, and were in that trust for more than 5 years, they cannot take those assets. I'm sure she also did not want that home going to her son and him end up selling it or losing it to that woman.

It seems like drugs surround this whole family. Grandma and grandpa had their house raided in 2012. Grandma helping mom get opiates prescribed by a doctor. Mom seems high and her face screams addict. Neither mom nor dad had a license until last year. I'm in recovery and there's just a lot of stuff going on here that screams DRUGS. I'm thinking dad didn't want to her her tested cuz then she'd want to test him back.

The fact that this woman in particular is unable to recognize how downright insane she is making herself look is only explainable by some type of psychological condition, and I mean that in all sincerity; you would have to be mentally ill to believe that this type of performance would help your chances at getting custody of your children.

That's ott disabilities do not equal to not fit to look after children. The "putting the children in danger" is a trumped up accusation I really struggle to understand some of the things that are being said here and the quickness to judge without thinking that maybe she was a stay at home mother as it suited their living and he worked to provide the money side. There are millions of families that live this way and until the brake down of the marriage one worked the other took care of the children and everything that entailed. I feel for her she cannot afford to hire a lawyer to navigate her through this process. Hearing his various other names that have been used along with assets moved into other ppls shows me he's very calculated and is using every tactic in his lawyers book to get out of any financial responsibilities that his wife of 10 years should get. These things matter and any financial assets being moved, hidden and dodged would be looked into and action taken. There are low to no income law clinics available. If she isn't using one it's probably because she refuses to take their advice. They are only in court because she refused to mediate well beforehand. They love to do everything to prevent court if possible.
The disabilities she lists that keep her from paid work would disallow her from legally being in charge of others. That does impact her ability to care for her own kids unsupervised.
Also, it's very hard to evict someone in the US. All the laws are written to favor thetenants. If she is being evicted, that says a lot about her overall stability. She cannot provide for her kids. Being divorced means each parent must be able to independently provide.

Yeah makes no sense to me either altho i get it to some extend aslong as there is a benefit for the children to be around bouth parents ( wich obviosly isnt the case here ) but the thought is so the children can still have bouth parents even if one of them can't finacely take care of them. Wich in theory sounds great but then gets missused in cases like that. As an example, joung males that grow up without a father usually have a higher risk of getting addicted to shit. My brother was getting divorced from a similarity entitled witch who turned everything he did or said into an accusation of wrongdoing. We realised the divorce was going to be a "he said she said". So I advised that for every accusation his question would be "do you have any proof? Witnesses? Video? Recordings? Texts?". And I advised he did it in a very formal emotionally free way, because I knew she would blow up.
And she did, spectacularly.
The court went with his suggested distribution of assets.
This woman has watched 1 episode of Matlock, 2 episodes of Law and Order and 5 seasons of Judge Judy. She's ready for the big leagues.
The only thing I heard in this case is her using "MY son", "MY daughter", "MY children" when he always used "OUR son", "OUR daughter", "OUR children" or naming them. I don't need to hear anymore than that to know who think more about the children than about himself/herself... and (imo) will be a better parent.
You have to wonder why the courts are so biased towards women. If the roles were reversed there is no way in hell he would be given custody. Mental health problems, no financial stability and no stable home. Please help me understand how she still has primary custody, the system is so biased against men it's disgusting.

Because of this, the wife feels like she deserves to be given $150k per year to keep living in the style she's become accustomed to. But that's nearly double his actual salary, which is now being split between two households.
She was granted $800 / month in child support, which is a LOT more than most people pay unless you're very well off (which they are not.)

Honestly, it looks like the parents didn't trust their son or the DIL outright, and they set up a family trust for the house they "gave" their son and his wife to use. I don't blame them. If I were to give my adult kids houses, they'd be given in a trust. The kids could accept or not as they choose, but the family trust would be in place.
At some point, the son was an adult, with kids, who lost his driver's license, and didn't have a car. The ex was in the same place. That's not a great place. He is better off now. But that's not the place of someone who was of sound capabilities at the time who should be trusted with a lot of family assets.
Now, I don't think the man is hiding anything. He doesn't make a ton of money and was supporting 4 people off that. It was probably only possible because his folks were letting them live in a house free. He is still living with his folks free, which is also understandable. He is still the sole provider for his kids.
His parents are subsidizing his adult life, and they appear to have been all along. That' fine. His parent's money isn't his money, nor is it the ex's money to access. His folks having money doesn't mean he hid anything or protected his stuff from her. His parents protected their stuff from everyone and they share it as fit.
@@MissMosierablethe man's mother inherented the house from her parents, she testifed to that. She, wisely, put the home in a trust to protect her assets as she gets older. When you get old and end up needing to live in a nursing home and cannot afford it you will be forced to give up your assets to pay for it. But if the assets are in a trust, and were in that trust for more than 5 years, they cannot take those assets. I'm sure she also did not want that home going to her son and him end up selling it or losing it to that woman.
