When you get a sketchy message or email like this, ALWAYS *triple check* for grammar mistakes. If it’s official the email/text message won’t have grammar mistakes.

I can always tell product descriptions written by someone who speaks Chinese or some other southeast Asian country because they use descriptors and adjectives that no modern English speaker would use, they omit “the and an” altogether, and they fail to conjugate their verbs properly in relation to the Noun…. Yes, I am a grammar Nazi …
