Sorry bruv I'm not a Gallagher fan but you're being bias he was the best player last season after Palmer, and that contract was just to ask for more money when selling him Clearlake never intended to keep him, fans sometimes forget this is people real lives and not a fifa game
Gallagher being our 2nd best player is the biggest red flag on last season. Lavia, Santos, Caicedo & Ugochukwu have bags more potential in the long term and cost way less to keep at the club.
It makes zero sense to Keep Gallagher at a higher cost knowing he A) doesn’t suit our target style of play & B) has a high transfer value that can benefit the club.
This move to Athletico is the best thing for his career & Chelsea FC
@175TV it's a res flag on Chelsea not him he did his role, could never be less to keep because Gallagher is free we never paid for him, he shouldn't be a starter but guys like him make great squad players
