I'm an Ohio State fan and thank you for pointing out Will Howard was somewhat trash most of the season. All these local reporters are grilling Ryan Day all season about running the ball which made him lose The Game. I've been complaining about Will Howard was trash at throwing the deep ball and he wasn't recognizing when his outside receivers had one on one coverage before the snap. Unless a team has two high safeties one of those receivers will only have single coverage. Will Howard should've been throwing the ball like that all season with the receivers he has. They wouldn't have lost to Oregon if he was balling like he was in that Tennessee game.

Why would South Carolina have a gripe? They literally lost 3 games and there is legitimately nothing they did all year to prove they belonged in the playoff. They were inconsistent and then got hot at the end, but a season is about totality.
My team is in the SEC, HOOK’EM, but I could not agree with you more. People think a blow out means the blown out team shouldn’t have gotten in. BS! This is football, blowouts happen!
SEC teams have the luxury of playing in warm weather all year round. I don’t wanna hear that the SEC is better than the Big Ten. It’s not true as much as they want to tell you it is. When they have to play in the cold weather that’s when they start to complain.
Why do cold weather teams struggle in mild weather that should benefit no one?Do cold weather teams need the advantage of weather and true home field to 'even' the playing field? That's how all this weather talk sounds to me.
@@jeffrlasley The cold weather teams arent the ones complaining.... But nice twist on things as an excuse. playing Georgia in the Georgia dome reeks of homefield advantage
@@williambarrows7136 So you take one game where Georgia played Ohio State in the Georgia dome as an example of home field advantage? What about when Alabama crushed Ohio State in Miami or when Clemson dominated them in the Fiesta? Those weren't home fields for the southern teams.
SOS only matters when it’s the SEC. They don’t say a single thing about the schedules of ACC, Big Ten, Big-12, or even the old PAC-12 teams. Nobody in the media talks about them and that is why SOS is irrelevant.
I agree with you when it comes to football and weather especially when you know you’re coming to Ohio in December or January like Tennessee did they had to have known about our weather to begin with and they didn’t bitch about it at first they only bitched about it when they lost
SMU lost BC last year in a bowl game at Fenway and they cried about the weather. Welcome to real football. Greenbay, New England Patriots, NY Giants, Philly Eagles, Chiefs, etc.
@coolbreeze2.0-mortemadfasc13 case in point. Tom Brady was from California but he played college in Michigan and developed the arm strength in New England to push the ball through the high winds of the Northeastern weather. A big advantage. Miami has the same advantage playing in that FLA soup.
No but all the southern players on all the teams in NFL all most likly travel and play games in cold weather sites during regular season . All those players not on Green Bay, Pittsburgh, ny, buffalo, NE etc are at a disadvantage compared to the southern players on those teams in playoffs because they played more home games in cold weather than the southern players on southern nfl teams. I know it’s a tuff concept to grasp, but concentrate!

Disney (the parent company of ESPN) paid $3 Billion dollars for rights to SEC football games. They are going to do EVERYTHING they can to get as many SEC teams as far as they can because they have to recoup that investment through ad revenue. In exchange, SEC teams can turn around and run their mouth to parents and students by saying, "You're going to be on ESPN every Saturday, so you are more likely to get seen by NFL scouts!", thus giving them a recruiting advantage over conferences that have no such agreement. The downside for Disney/ESPN is that with the exception of Texas and Florida, the SEC doesn't really have the mega-sized media markets that the Big10 does, so it's harder to recoup that initial investment. How many people on the west coast or east coast give 2 rips about Alabama besides the people that actually live in Alabama. Every Disney exec was probably crying in the bathroom when Nick Saban retired.

SEC is junior varsity....they are big boys when they play each other but not when they play real teams....all they have is excuses !!!
Good analysis! You’ve earned a new subscriber!
I wish you good luck with overcoming addiction. All of us have had to face it on some level. I wish you the best of luck and success
THE OHIO STATE!
just anOSU...THE Poison Chestnuts from Ohio
The so called “mighty sec” stays down south in warmer weather and then they get into the playoff or bowl games and stay in the south getting home field in the process. It was nice to see them go up and play real football up north and see them just look average
You can do this ! It will be worth it ! If you ever get down just pray pray pray !
Philippians 4:13: 🙏
Thank you so much for that! 👊🏼
Today and tonight sure were fun 😂
Happy New Year, fam!
Happy Holidays, best wishes on your journey, it's tough but it gets better . I relapsed once thinking that I could be a social drinker, I know now that I can never drink again and I know that I have come too far to start all over again. Stay strong
The best part is the fact that they piled on against the Big Ten over the Michigan win over OSU and now it makes UT look far below Michigan. 😂
I got no problem with Ohio State's win against the Vols.
They would've beaten anybody that game but Tennessee was not prepared for a damn good Ohio St team
I think Howard is good. You can tell the game plan for Michigan was not great. And I think Howard is better than McCord.
Amen brother. They can’t use the Tennessee wasn’t really good. But they will.
And you all will say that Tennessee is some juggernaut. lol Penn State’s best win is against SMU.
One day at a time Brother. You got this.
Man, I really appreciate you! 👊🏼
SEC is OVERRATED and now only Georgia and Texas may be truly legitimate top ten programs
When are we going to talk about the SEC playing butt crack community college in the middle of November meanwhile all the other conferences are playing another conference game.
10:08 👊🏼
SEC SEC SEC... my ass !!! --- Buckeyes didn't look "cold" in the shoe ? 3rd best team in the SEC - who beat Bama (?) and was seen as worthy of the 12 team playoff ! Indiana gave OSU a much better game on the same field !?!?! No 3 loss teams belong in the 12 team CFP.
Remember when OhioState beat Clemson 49 to 26
Tennessee was I’ll prepare to play in the cold. They came out looking like fools. They weren’t hydrated well. They weren’t conditioned to play.
Who's fault was that?
Alcohol withdrawal can kill, be careful. Good luck and God bless.
First time tuning in to your channel. Wanted to send you words of encouragement for your journey to sobriety. I always believe that if desire is born within you, you already have what it takes. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Thank you! 👊🏼
The ND game WAS blowout except the last 5 minutes. They called off the dogs. They completely backed off. ND is NOT GOING TO PLAY LIKE that against UGA. They are going to bring it.
@@Nitabita_ thanks for listening! Unfortunately, we'll disagree. For me, Notre Dame should have had a bigger lead. Poor special teams play. They weren't good in the redzone, either. They definitely have some positive
Not quite. If Indiana completed that late 2 point conversion and another onside recovery they would have the ball with a chance to tie the game. You don't put in your 2nd team with that possibility.
IU was 3 to 4 plays away from tying that game. So it was a lot closer than the talking heads were spouting to promote Lame Kiffin and the sec bias. That IU kicker has perfected the onside kick.
Espn wants to do to college football what they've done to MLB and the NBA. 30 teams and ratings down 50% over the last decade is the legacy they're going to leave
Texas at Ohio State 2025 Week 1
Yep, at the end of August. Not the same thing.
That would be a fair test of both teams.
Good for you stay with it the rewards are amazing. Hope you feel better god bless
Wasn’t Kiffen the coach fakes injuries.
Esecpn pushes for these sec teams to be ranked high every year so later they can all cry about their so called tuff schedule.
Exactly! Those team's that were ranked higher because they're in the SEC wouldn't have been ranked at all if they weren't in the SEC.
@2:50 Lane Kiffin is the perfect example of nepotism...riding the coat tails of his father's success (Monte Kiffin).
Hey Brother first time seeing your video and I enjoyed listening to your takes regarding these first few Playoff games and I agree with most of them however your comments about your sobriety hit me a little different and I just wanted to say “Much Respect” and good luck moving forward in your future sobriety brother..
Alabama and Ole Miss definitely didn’t belong. If any SEC team had a gripe it would be South Carolina. They finished as one of the hottest teams
Look at all the Natty games that were blow outs.... it happens, it does not mean a team don't deserve it. I agree with you
Amen NO polls before week 8, and no Heisman hype before week 8.
You spoke some truth today!!!!👏👏👏👏
SOS only matters when it’s the SEC. They don’t say a single thing about the schedules of ACC, Big Ten, Big-12, or even the old PAC-12 teams. Nobody in the media talks about them and that is why SOS is irrelevant.
And, the SEC gets a pass when they play team's like Mercer in November.
Sober is worth it!
5 years a few weeks ago for me.
Stay strong man, proud of you.
Reach out if you could use a listening ear.
You’ve got this!!!! Hugs and prayers at ya! ❤
*hugs* thank you for your support! 🤗🧡
Weather at kickoff in Columbus 24°Weather in Knoxville at kickoff 29°
They did say it was only a 5 degree difference in Tennessee so they weren’t worried about the weather difference.
Different kinda cold with wind chill
Ever heard of wind chill? Felt like 14 out there
I agree with you when it comes to football and weather especially when you know you’re coming to Ohio in December or January like Tennessee did they had to have known about our weather to begin with and they didn’t bitch about it at first they only bitched about it when they lost
Totally agree. We need more defined rules to get into the CFP. 😊Merry Christmas!
SMU lost BC last year in a bowl game at Fenway and they cried about the weather. Welcome to real football. Greenbay, New England Patriots, NY Giants, Philly Eagles, Chiefs, etc.
I guess all those teams are filled with players from northern states.
@coolbreeze2.0-mortemadfasc13 filled with and or practiced in and played in for years.
@coolbreeze2.0-mortemadfasc13 case in point. Tom Brady was from California but he played college in Michigan and developed the arm strength in New England to push the ball through the high winds of the Northeastern weather. A big advantage. Miami has the same advantage playing in that FLA soup.
@@coolbreeze2.0-mortemadfasc13Football players come from all over the U.S.A.
Make THIS MAN a pundit!
Not only did he outline his points but he doesn't motor mouth it so fast that it loses meaning two words later.
It's all about delivery! My family who were just chilled out in the other room here for New Year's Eve earlier thought I was listening to some syndicated radio show and nodding along as you went.
Even asked me what station you were on. They about shit finding out youre an up and coming youtube creator.
You won a room with a couple of D1 people in it today.
@@eyeemknotlion1873 that's an incredible compliment! In fact, probably the best one I've ever received! I really appreciate ya!!!
I'm a Bama fan. This season was embarrassing, and I was so glad we didn't get in to catch that playoff fade.
That's what I been saying. It's better ole miss and bama didn't play notre dame and penn state and lose both. That'd be even worse
As a Bama fan how are you feeling about the next 3 years?
@mr.ohiostate2544 we have a good coach. He should have brought a qb. Milroe has peeked skill wise and is handicapping the offense. NIL we stop us from dominating the SEC. But we will be okay. Playoff appearences
Good job man! Keep it up!!!
Those who bark the loudest tend to be the ones who do the least.
