@@gametchanger My first choice would’ve been this song or Ultralight Beam, I did have a third song but I’ve just recently seen that you’ve reacted to that as well so at least I know we’re on the same page with music selection haha I’ll stick with my NZ music and request any song from Six60, here’s a link to their channel: youtube.com/@SIX60 I would say to select the popular tab and go from there and if you enjoy it start up a new playlist as they have a decent amount of good tunes. The language is the native language of the indigenous Māori people of New Zealand. It’s called Te Reo Māori, which translates to, The Māori Language or The Natural Language...
Oh the amazing Stan Walker.....Love his cover of 'Don't Dream it's Over' by Crowded House. The words in his native tongue were just repeating the English lyrics. Loved your 'reaction' as per usual. I hope Stan gets to see this too. He sometimes does and leaves a message of appreciation for the 'reactor'. Stan is a man of faith as you are. Always a blessing when listening to Stan Walker. Love from Australia

This is such a beautiful song. I come from Te Awamutu, New zealand, home town of the Finn brothers, Tin & Neil. Neil Finn who wrote it with the band Crowded House apparently loves this version too. This version was used in a death scene on the TV series Home & Away, an Australian soap, which has for the past couple of years had a New Zealand Maori family on there. This song was playing with the death of one of these characters, and it really way a beautiful scene, the song really carried the emotion. It is such a beautiful version and I love both versions of it.
He's singing the english version in Maori on the second verse my brother. I have always loved this song and you are so right. We can go through so many challenges in life but you will never walk it alone, Our God is always and will forever be there to guide us. Believe in him, open your heart to him and let him in and he will show you the way. He is always with you no matter what state you are in. in the passage of Isaiah it says your walls are before me. fear, anger, anxiety, depression, doubt, hate, fear, distrust are walls that are built between ourselves and the father, he sees them and yet will not be daunted, for he has our name written on the palm of his hand. He has claimed us! walls and all. imagine that, what a powerful love he has for us, to claim us like that and never leave us no matter how many walls we build on a daily bases he's still talking to us, reaching out to us, if you want a deeeper connection with him, Don't fear, he is love, trust in him for he is love, don't be angry for he just wants to love all over you, don't doubt him, his love is real. Accept his love, accept him into your heart and accept him as your saviour and he will show you.
