There is actually a secret way out of memorial lane on quest exclusively for some reason. If you have a quest laying around, I’m sure you will find it fairly quickly. I don’t wanna say in case it gets patched, but it may be on retribution only because i don’t have s&s 1 on my quest, so i cant try it. Good luck!

At around 15:49 during the no out of bounds walk. On the left after you climb the fence and jump down there will be an invisible wall you walk around it and you will see the shed.
I don't know i haven't done it in a few weeks but I highly doubt they have or are going to to patch the game for these fixes. It wasn't patched when I recorded the video, so I don't think so I can check later though.

All the glitches were done on PC if you have quest without PC it may not work.
To do it it takes a little practice you just have to pull down on the pipe and let go and pull down again. And also not crouched from the window.
