What would you recommend for PRE-op diet cheating? 😭😩im back on track now though! I was supposed to be on a CLEAR LIQUID diet for 2 weeks! But I’ve only done ONE!
Omigosh!!! Me too. I was doing great and grinding out the "carb flu" symptoms but today (day 7; my surgery is scheduled July 14th) I could NOT take it anymore and at some crackers. Carb symptoms immediately dissipated but now I fear I screwed up. 😖
I am on day 11 and sometimes I feel that I can’t keep up but I’ve noticed when I push through it gets slightly better. The main thing is to take it day by day and every moment counts! I also find it helpful to go early to bed because this is when it gets hard because I am a night eater😅
I know this is a old video but I’m in the stage of the post-opt liquid diet. I’m 10 days out but this really have been hard. I’m starving. I sooooo ready to have something to eat. Is there anything thing you can suggest to get through this stage?
@@jaidahicks8454 nearly 2 weeks that time. Honestly, what helped that time around was i ate more calories and that helped. I might have been too deficient . I have come to learn that sometimes a calorie load can be beneficial if stalled.

It's understandable that you're feeling hungry on liquid diet! Have you tried incorporating protein shakes or broths to help with the hunger?

Im plateau’d after only 4 weeks. Have lost 4 lbs in 3 weeks. It’s killing me. What can i do?
