Absolutely love how they updated Wheeljack. The bumblebee movie had a perfect design, and there was no reason to change it. This stylizes it, but keeps true to his roots, still prefer BBMovie, but this is no doubt fantastic.
I still enjoyed the ROTB movie itself no matter what, but it is a relief knowing that Wheeljack's SS figure got his DNA Upgrade Kit for the head replacement because even tho' I didn't really care if he got redesigned since like I said to the other TF fans that I was always more of a Unicron Trilogy,Beast Wars, and RID 2001 guy than a G1 one tho' again that I'm still gonna see TF ONE and all? the complaints about Wheeljack have been giving me a headache ever since last year lol. So yeah, what a relief that was, now that this DNA Upgrade Kit for the 3 ROTB Autobot characters Bee,WJ, and my boi Mirage is here😌

The one thing I can say positive about Pablo in the movie is that, unlike literally half of the Transformers cast, he had a reason to be here and he helped move the plot along
The question is, what are you supposed to do with the spare parts for the bots you don't have? I think they should sell these mix and match upgrades like LEGO do their pick-a-brick stuff, so you can bundle the upgrades/accessories you need, and just buy what you want. The only part I wanted of the last kit you reviewed was the Primal headsculpt, the rest was pretty useless (to me)
On the topic of ROTB Arcee, have you heard about the ROTB Arcee figure that Dr. Wu is currently working on? It's supposed to be around 12 centimeters in height - this is to scale with the Masterpiece Movie figures.
Why not ditch the glasses altogether?! I would have much preferred that. Oh well. I see this guy around everywhere and I pass him up. He's not Wheeljack to me. At least we got him in Bumblebee. I wish they made an oversized KO of that figure.

Love seeing the additional weapons in this set. Crazy how little plastic they require yet Hasbro can't budget them into a $25-$35 deluxe release. Wheeljack head is an interesting option but since getting him I transformed him successfully into van mode exactly once and have had no intention in transforming him back. Van mode is just so cute and tidy.
I managed to prevent wheeljacks head peg from breaking by soaking the original head in boiling water fir a minute, applying the presure with rhe screwdriver after just eased off without any damage
Wheeljack's head in this was like that in the movie for a second. If you look carefully when the autobots and maximals are getting ready for battle before charging in.
Only thing I would've added for Mirage if they could would be new upper legs but I don't know how possible that would've been. Because my main problem is the fact that they didn't pull a Jolt, where instead of pinning the door wings on, they could be on ball joints or something so that you can remove them rather easily and that leg articulation would increase. I don't mind the back pack that much since those bits had to go somewhere.

I’m so torn with that Wheeljack head. I do like it more but I also like the accuracy of the original head and the idea of breaking a part of the toy is concerning. Although the video does make it look like maybe that part isn’t vital and you can swap the faces as wanted. So I guess we will see.
