Thank you for sharing your autumn plans, it was very fun to watch!!
About cabled cardigans: I actually prefer knitting cables flat, because the cables are only done on RS rows, so it's easier to count :)
And I would suggest trying brioche with a brioche hat :)
Thanks for watching and suggestions ☺️
Do you have any pattern in mind for hat?
Can't wait to see these fall knits🥰 love your cats❤
😘😘😘
A suggestion to achieve that chunky stripe oversized sweater would be to knit the olga sweater by petite knit, size up 1 or 2 sizes so it's reallyyyyyy cozy and then just place the stripes where you want them as to your vision :)
Thank you 🥹
Yeah, that sweater looks so cozy. I also really love Lyon sweater, especially shoulder details
What are you wearing? Its beautiful and I have some Linen in stash ☺️ thank you very much :)
This is Genie Top. Knits pretty fast, highly recommend 🥹
Nice plans and I love the idea of not pushing hard on completing them. New patterns come out, inspiration comes and goes, I always change my mind :) How does semilla melange feel comparing to loch lonmond? softer or the same?
I would say it feels almost the same, not too itchy as peer gynt, but you can feel it a bit 🥹
Yeees. I'm open to new patterns 😱
❤
I'm thinking to knit Penny Cardigan from Sandnes Garn, but have some worries, that it can be itchy because of the mohair. Previously I tried to knit from Drops Kid Silk mohair with combination of wool yarn, and it was kinda itchy for me. But Penny Cardigan is so beautiful and it seems like KnittingForOlive yarn is really soft, so I don't know.
Oh stunning cardigan. I don't like itchy garments too, KFO may be a bit itchy as well, depending on the color. I've tried several and some of them were a bit itchy 😢
@@knitting.your.life8 what marks of yarn did you try?
I've tried Sandnes Garn, KFO, Isager, and oenling.
All of them can be a little scratchy for sensitive skin. Have yoh tried suri silk?
@@knitting.your.life8 no, is it the name of the yarn or the type of yarn?
Actually, this days after your video I've spent reading some reddit threads and several articles to find out is the Sandnes Garn mohair okay and what yarn can replace it. And you know what, I found the solution! So the Sandes Garn offers such yarn as Alpakka Folgetrad, and I also found the info in their Instagram that it can replace their mohair in the same gause. So I probably will use it. I also write to the yarn shop with a question if they could replace mohair to this yarn in their set for Penny Cardigan. Seems like shops in Poland is the slowest with appearing this patterns in it :(
@@hereisyoumehappiness Suri Silk is a yarn-like mohair, but with Suri alpaca and silk, it looks almost like mohair, but less shiny. I've tried the type of Alpaca that you've mentioned, it is less itchy as well, but for me, it gives a bit smaller gauge than mohair.
What is the name of the cabled vest?
Elsi vest. It’s in testing right now, and should be available in October
Who is the designer?
Milena Paulina, instagram.com/milenapauliina. Here is her instagram page, she also has her website and Ravelry store
