Yes, we were allowed 1 hand carry and 1 personal item. I brought 1 small luggage as my handcarry, and had 1 laptop bag. For this trip we did not purchase any baggage allowance.
@user-ln1mx2rp2u officially they say its 5kg, but they did not weigh my handcarry. Yes I would fly with them again, didn't have any problems with them. :)
