Hi, good video. May I please ask, what is the hand carry allowance with AC? Are you allowed 1x personal item (handbag) + 1x hand carry (ie backpack)? Please advise. Thank you.
Yes, we were allowed 1 hand carry and 1 personal item. I brought 1 small luggage as my handcarry, and had 1 laptop bag. For this trip we did not purchase any baggage allowance.

The seat level of China's high-speed rail is different from that of airplanes. The highest level is the business seat, and you are in first class seat, which is the second level seat. Second class seat is the most common seat.
Thanks for pointing that out! I was looking for the business seat in trip.com app, but the best one seemed to be the "premium" seat (which I got here). It also had 1st class and 2nd class seats as a choice. Not sure, maybe its just different in trip.com.

I would like to know what is your first impression about Shanghai so far.
I liked it. Crowd is less, and foreigners are less compared to before. Most of the areas are clean, and it was easy and affordable to get to one place from another. Kind people and didn't have any problems. Google maps work with VPN or using foreign sim with roaming mode, but its slower. I used Baidu maps most of the time.
