Amazing air fryer. Purchased 6 months ago from Costco and loving it. Has anyone figured out how to remove the door to clean in between? Update 10/26 we purchasd the upgradd version at Costco. The new one the door opens side ways and the air Fryer is STILL AWESOME! We gave the old one to our daugher who is in college and her friends love it.
Just bought this today for $119. I missed the sale but still have 30 days for price adjustment if it does go on sale. Thanks for great video! I was intimidated at first but you explained it perfectly!

I am in the UK and got a 15-function smart over for under $200. I have had it for about a month and I am not keeping spare saucepans in the oven, as I don't use it any more!
After looking closely at the instructions, I think you are correct about the drip pan on the bottom. The basket would not function correctly if placed elsewhere.
The Sur La Table, Instant Pot, and Insignia all share a similar air fryer that are just rebadged and mildly modified for their own brands. That being said, on the Instant Pot version of this air fryer, if you press and hold the minus sign button for the time and the minus sign button for the temperature at the same for 5 seconds, it'll remove the beep. It may work for this Sur La Table model as well. Give it a try.

Do you know how to turn off the loud alarm? They designed this with 5 very loud alarm which is unnecessary bc the air fryer goes off when the time is up. It's not like a regular oven that you need a very loud reminder. It's very annoying. We called Sur la Table and they said it can't be turned off. I'm just wondering if anyone has figured how to turn this sound off. Thanks for any reply!
Mine is better! I have similar rotisserie/basket air fryer and it has added feature of a red lever on the outside that releases the rotisserie spindle inside.

Avoid this piece of junk at all costs! Got one or Xmas. The Teflon started coming off during the first use!! I'm not exaggerating! I preheated it to 350 for 10-15 minutes per the instructions, loaded some fries in the basket, checked it after 6-7 minutes, and the Teflon had started to come off the basket and the drip tray!! Into the trash! Back to the Ninja!

I purchase one really inexpensive two years ago round and smaller and it was a lot better than this. To bad i ended up buying this and now i m going to return it to store because is really slow cooking and besides it wasn t cook the food even from side to side 🤷♀️😵💫i ll not recommended.
This Air Fryer is Excellent in terms of use but in terms of longevity and quality: it's absolute trash!! Mines didn't even last a year! It just conked out!!!

I had a instapot air fryer but it used to take longgg to airfry, how long does this take lets say chicken thighs and fries
