I say this to myself everytime I play online "if only I could do Kara cancels with Potemkin, consistently I would be unstoppable" alas its hard as balls for me to do it and I've been trying nearly since launch.

I hated fighting online on any fighting game until dbfz came out and gave it a try. It's infuriating at first but if you keep your will up even when your on a losing streak you'll see improvement buddy. I'm thinking about buying strive today so I'm right here with ya
Garuda is a guard crush and if you get hit it forces you to ONLY BLOCK while in block stun. You cannot burst or rc out you just have to guess high or low mixup Source: I'm a pot main

My best tip if you don't already know it is assign dashing to a button. Also learn to use training mode as it's pretty amazing for learning and trying new stuff with any character. OneAmongstMany has a lot of great guides and so does Rooflemonger. I hope that helps, see ya' out there! :D
So I was listening to CSB and they were talking about the PS5 version having frame issues? I want to pick this game up, it'd be my first FG pretty much and I don't want to get serious. Will that stuff really matter?
Well if it's ur first fg, then no matter what version won't matter really. But since you're curious, you can change it to the ps4 version if you have ps5 on the menu and if u really want the best online play, PC is the way to go.

As a beginner at fighters who plays rushdown, I despise going against grapplers LOL. Zoners are annoying but my kits are usually made to counter 'em pretty hard as rushdown but grapplers? No fucking way, they WANT you to go to them, with their fat fucking armor.
Respect for the first Potempkin player he was literally learning how to fight Max round after round and doing better and better each time. MEGA FISTO

You unlock them along with other stuff by "fishing" using the credits you get from playing online etc.
