    Nice review - looks like a very nice wheel. I have heard of the problem with the F version - good to know there is not any known issues with this model.

    • @Speedyfeetuk
      @Speedyfeetuk  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      True! The V10F issues are limited though to very early batch. We will show this (hopefully!) when the V10F arrive with us (latest batch), this Monday coming they arrive, video will take a week or 2 probably! Thanks for watching :)

    Was more or less set on getting the Ks18l pending your review but not too sure now lol.... It would be nice to know what speed throttling the models do as the battery drains. Great work Ian, loving the reviews.

    Great video, as always! Amazing wheel. Wish we could have them here in Argentina. (currently riding an Airwheel X8 which is the best you can get in these lattitudes). :)

    Cheers Ian. Great video and really detailed. On the next video can you show us the speakers. Also... do you think that kingsong and gotway now has a new contender as I have seen nothing but good reviews from this brand

    • @Speedyfeetuk
      @Speedyfeetuk  6 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Neon Euc cheers dude. INMOTION have always been quality. The V8 has always run a 84v system - something others only started to do fairly recently (as a whole). Although the Ninebot Z10 runs a much lesser voltage and still packs a punch, so bolts not everything! The V10 feels such a solid safe wheel, and it looks stunning, and feels very well thought out and built. But, of course, if you want 40+ miles of range and 30mph you have to look at other makes still. This V10 has won me over though.

    Love it! Thank you for your insight.
    And you mentioned something about V10F... is it not good or this is better as I was getting pricing on the V10F. Should I get that or the V10?
    Being a beginner and getting a new Electric Unicycle, you think V10 is good or do I go for V8? Your feedback is appreciated.
    Thank you.

    • @Speedyfeetuk
      @Speedyfeetuk  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      V10F gives you a bigger battery pack essentially, so its all down to the usage pattern - i.e. how far you will be wanting to travel per charge.

      @@Speedyfeetuk Thank you. So V10F is bigger, heavier, stronger! What is the best/worst thing about V10 and V10F when you compare V10 vs V10F?

      They seem to low ball it for warranty etc. 75kg on an axel is far better than 120kg (which is what always used to be advertised)

    What does this wheel do when you hit top speed, I tend to do 25 on a regular basis on my ACM2 , can tilt back be disabled ?

    • @Speedyfeetuk
      @Speedyfeetuk  6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Disabling tilt back is pretty dangerous so thankfully not possible on the V10. 25 is the maximum speed correct. It will sound an alarm when you are over powering the unit and a little after tilt back to help slow you down to correct speed.

  • @isaks7042

    If my weight is 57kg. Is it better for me to have a more lightweight electric unicycle? Is heavier unicycles harder to control if your weight is low? Because this V10 is pretty heavy. V8 is much lighter.

    • @Speedyfeetuk
      @Speedyfeetuk  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      You will get many more miles out of the machine per charge at that weight. V10 should be controllable at that weight. Of course the lighter the easier they are to carry around and handle - just depends on how far you want to travel per charge really.

      tesla hands down for the price in terms of performance and range in normal riding conditions. Inmotion hands down in terms of quality. However the V10F has been recently plagued with many issues including water entering the shell. Inmotion sent an email to many users recently informing them to not ride their device in any type of wet conditions until they figure out how to fix the issue. Has it been fixed yet? I don't know, but definitely something to look into. Finally in terms of price for product. I would say Tesla. You will be happy either-way though as they are both great wheels.

    • @Speedyfeetuk
      @Speedyfeetuk  6 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      This video is of course the V10 - which has no issues present. The V10F is more money than this V10, but in all honesty this V10 will suit almost all riders, it for sure has won my heart (which is rare in a wheel, as we see and ride so many day in day out they become just a wheel, just a utility to do a job). But this is a plucky wheel, its at a brilliant price point for the quality and performance you are getting.
      V10F - lot of rumours going around about this one. Here are the full details here re the rain 'issue' (it affected a single production run in a single week of production prior to May 2018 - not long after release - see: www.speedyfeet.co.uk/blogs/things-concerning-safety/inmotion-v10f-waterproofing-issue). Some US riders (and others who received the early production models) had throttling due to the way the firmware was setup also. All these have been addressed and none of the issue are present in later release. BUT - we have them coming in the monday coming :) Will soon put that to the test...on video and report back.
      Now the Z10 and Tesla - they are trail, butt kicking machines! 25 is about my max, and I know at that speed its hospital for a month if the machine just shuts off! But the Z10 and the Tesla - and other machines such as the Msuper X take it way past that point (Z10 is 28.6mph max). Dont discount the Msuper X if you are looking for power for the hills...its close to the most powerful and strong machine out there - will eat anything for breakfast in that aspect.
      Smart money is on the V10 for the price point for sure. £1350 (www.speedyfeet.co.uk/collections/featured-collection/products/inmotion-v10) is a cracking price point for what you get. 'Bang for buck' as they say.

      I've had the Tesla for about a month now and I regret getting it vs the V10! It's the fifth wheel I've purchased (Ninebot E+, P, Inmotion V8, Kingsong 16S, and the Gotway Tesla). I'm almost pissed off to say this but the Tesla sucks!!! The only thing it has going for it is speed. It's unconformable as shit, I ripped the "pads" off (which suck) but it's sharp boxy upper design is still a pain. I'm riding it on the edge of the foot pads but it's not enough, it's a very uncomfortable ride for me. It feels like the cheap boxy entry level unicycles (specifically the feel) which I had a couple of years ago before buying my first Ninebot. My favorite so far is the KingSong 16S then Ninebot P (though it overheats, but nothing so far feels as nimble and fun to ride as the P). Tesla falls way short except for the speed, but extra speed at the cost of a painful boxy piece of shit is no fun for me. I know now I cant go by other people's reviews, specially those who were provided the Tesla for free for a review. Also, the app is the most ridiculous thing, a pain in the ass to use. If I sound angry is because I am, I could've purchased the V10 or spent a little more for Z10. Now I have to sell a used Tesla and not going to get back what I paid for it. That's my opinion and I'm entitled to it.Jajaja :)

    Can I ask a silly question? It said on the tyre a max load of 75kg? Which is the weight of a 10 year old girl who eats the occasional McDonalds and enjoys ice cream. What am I missing, as I weigh a lot more than that! Cheers

    • @Speedyfeetuk
      @Speedyfeetuk  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      😂 Yeah it’s like that on all the tires on these wheels...it’s because originally they were designed for bikes - so expect a split load of 50/50.

    Max load for the tire is 75 kg ??? and the wheel is around 20 kg... who is 55 kg ?? :) is this really true ?

    • @Speedyfeetuk
      @Speedyfeetuk  6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It true as what it says on the tire sidewall. Pretty much the same for all wheels that use 'bicycle' tires (as they are produced for bikes...to split the load between 2 wheels). That being said - no issues in 5 years with any of the tires with any rider.
