What a journey you must have taken to get where you are and what a beautiful thing it must be to learn wisdom like this as you take it. I have yet to get a 15 second handstand but I will take your advice to heart. great stuff man, where you are with your handstand and body as a whole is such an inspiration!

Very true words 💯 I often had this mindset of forcing everything unnecessarily, being angry about not progressing fast enough. That's really not a good approach to anything. Listen to your body, observe each little detail and try to improve it gradually in small steps, be greatfull for your health and the fact that you are able to practice for many years to come 🙏

Nice vid man. Side question - did you ever deal with outer forearm pain in your progressions to one arm?

Thanks! Nope.. I had wrist pain in the beginning when learning one arm, I remember it being frustrating, but it just had to run its course.. Took about a year, same thing on the other wrist at a later point. I think your forearm pain will go away, it will just take some time.

Any advice for lower back pain. I been doing handstand programs for 15 months. One arms good just low back hurts everyday.

-maybe it's arching in the handstands in general causing pressure on your lower back that adds up wth all the volume
-maybe it's some specific exercises you do that aggrevate it more, in that case try to modify them to not cause pain
-avoid pain in general (pain/discomfort is different)
-maybe it's something else in your life not the handstands causing it
-seek help from a specialist of your choosing
Good luck hope you will figure it out =)
