Hi. At 6:45 on the video the rotor head was spinning very slow. Is that possible with this heli? I like to start my heli very slow head speed during start up to make it scale like. Is it possible with this heli? At 6:45 in the video was the main blades really spinning very slow like a scale heli would start up? Thanks again for your review. I will buy this heli if it does. Most small heli have an abrupt start and for me I don’t like. I know it does not affect most people but I’m really into scale like start up with heli and scale like flying take off and landing. Please tell me so I can make a decision. Planning also to get the Futaba 16IZS to go with it.

I’ve been looking for some sort of documentation on this but cannot find any yet. Once bound to a receiver am I safe in assuming all curves etc are handled by the app itself and the only thing that needs to be done is a switch for attitude and 3d as well as a hold and fight mode switch?

Hello buddy when you Bind your receiver to your radio throttle curve and pitch curves are taken from the radio.. The only thing the app uses is fine-tuning its flight characteristics when the Bluetooth is engaged the radio is disabled so you can move the sticks around without the helicopter reacting I too looked for documentation on the T 15 but could not find any if I were you I would set my helicopter up as normal from radio to receiver and only use the Bluetooth app for flying characteristics so set up your idol up one idle up two and throttle hold and you should be 👍🏾

Just bought this from HeliDirect.
Bought a new 16IZ also. New to Futaba.
Can’t get it to bind.
Have the model setup as H1 swash and system types as
S-FHSS.
When I press the bind button on the Heli, it dims and gets brighter. Like it is searching but , it won’t bind.
Tried the app too. Nothing works.
I did bind the Futaba receiver that came with the radio and it works.
Any suggestions?
