Saying A-chan is a valuable asset is the understatement of the century. I don't agree with the second part.
A Chan should not become a vtuber as this takes so much time of her schedule, that she couldn't perform her tasks that she likes to do currently.
I think the spot in where she is right now is perfect. She can host and plan events with other members without any barrier between the idols.
But that's just my opinion :D

Knowing A-chan now, she wouldn't ever do that. She spent years building up everything for Sora, kept pushing her and innovating ideas/content.
Shes a lot like Ame in a way, Ame said she loves prepping and coming up with new ideas for stream but doesnt like being the centered of attention when the time comes. When the hololive EN livers go into vrchat/or 3D space, Ame is usually there manning the camera or stream tech

I would say that many consider A-chan as the secret Best Girl after Yagoo, as for me personally I won't lie, I definitely always enjoy it when she shows up as it's something I see as a rare treat which is kind of how I see as what A-chan was always supposed to be, one of those cameo characters that you never expect but are always happy to see show up, besides she's definitely entertaining in her own unique way compared to the regular talents.

The one responsible for for saving the L4D collab was Enma. Ina’s manager
Within hololive EN we have 4 named manager.
Jenma= responsible for Kiara and Gura and previously Ame (blonde angel girl)
Henma= responsible for Ame and Mumei (No cannon designs so far)
Enma= responsible for Ina (most well known, long black and red hair wear glasses, and has a Katana)
J-Chad= responsible for Calli. (Shades cape and horns brown hair lady)

You're thinking of the wrong branch. That was the manager for HoloEN, nicknamed "Enma" from EN MAnager. The png was actually Ina's drawing. There's also a Genma, (as in GENeral MAnager, so it's pronounced as Jenma) and J-chad, who is Calli's manager.
Over at HoloID there's M-chan. (M means manager) Supposedly there's an S-chan but idk for sure coz I'm not an ID bro.
HoloJP's A-chan is the representative of HoloStaff, she's not the only manager Cover has. (Surprisingly there were a lot of people who thought this) She's not even an actual manager. There's not many details about HoloJP managers, but Holomem occasionally tell stories about them and based on that they seem like interesting people.
