I think all true United fans are aware of this. It's beyond criminal what the Galzers (and now Jim Glazer) have done to this historic club. It's entirely about money. Pulling down Old Trafford is an act of sacrilege. I never wanted Jim Glazer. He and the Glazers are a match made in hell. Jim Glazer made his fortune by owning a petrochemical company. There were a lot of dissenting voices over a Qatar bid but so few know about how fracking companies ruin the environment and destroy lives. Old Trafford should be a listed building. No other club has such a poignant history.

The European (or Global) Super League is the end game of ALL the owners. Once you own a franchise in a Super League you're set for life, no relegation jeopardy, just billions of fans paying for TV rights. I have no problem with redeveloping the stadium into a commercial area and destination but it will come at the expense of local fans. I'm on the verge of fcking my team right off. Ruben Amorins hands are tied behind his back in trying to take the club forward and it wouldnt surprise me if he ups and goes because of the circus we have become!
Some of the over the top statements Ruben has said to the media suggest he feels he’s got nothing to lose. He does it his way or he gets a massive pay off.
All united fans need to do what I've done and stop going, I'm not paying good money to watch shite football. One week of zero home attendence would immediatly put the power with the fans.
Agreed in principle but they’ve probably got an insurance policy that pays out for lost revenue through protest. And ,ostensibly of the money is collected through season tickets in bulk, anyway
Unfortunately we have been spending too much time talking about the football clubs finances and owners instead of the football. Someone sold united out and its very sad.
Call me a delusional optimist but I think ratcliffe will turn this club around. First of all he is a billionaire in his 70s and there is not a chance in hell he wants to be a minority investor tip toeing around the glazers and their debt for the next ten years. When he agreed that 25% im sure it was with a view to take majority control within the next couple years. Until he gets majority control, it doesn't make sense for him to write blank cheques clearing debt and building stadiums just so the glazers can benefit from it. Ive heard when ineos got the minority stake they also agreed to buy the rest of the glazers shares at $33 per share by the end of 2027. This will be the catalyst to getting our football club back. Please god SJR will deliver the goods if/when he owns it outright.
CORRECT The GLAZER'S stumped up the Cash to make CASH. RATCLIFF stumped up the Cash to make Cash. The Players play to build their Bank Balance And the Supporter pay their Cash at the stile at entry & Win,Lose,Draw that his Lot. It's called BUSINESS Sorry Any chance of a Song ?
@ yes I agree, but platforms like yours selves got sucked in to the Jim Ratcliffe hype machine and went along with it! It was a no a brainer, Jim and glazer combo would never work but hey Ho they fooled you all! Sad but true.
We have been a wef club for years buddy you can’t make that much money in business. Calling yourself a business man is an insult to us trying at the bottom only parasites with no morals make that sort of money look into these companies and prove me wrong. X
Didn’t they spend circa 1 billion on players in the Ten Hag era? Buying players who just aren’t good enough. I think thats what set us back financially and performance on the pitch. That said I agree Ratty is in the real estate business not football. I like your measured style. 👍
Thanks. Yes absolutely we’ve massively overpaid for players and bought some duds. When was the last time we bought the best player in the premier league?
ive been going 60 years and cant remember a striker in Hoslund as poor for the money paid 72 million he his 22 next month he cant even do the basics even the ones who say he his one for the future have given up 😮
I’m astounded that this debt, debt management and the clubs finances are not being investigated by the shareholders and directors! Doesn’t make sense to me.
Neglecting to say interest payments for corporations are tax deductible, so to say it's a massive hindrance just isn't true; the issue is PSR as to why the pocket strings have tightened up. I don't know why you're throwing mud onto the rejuvenation project and painting SJR like he's some evil, greedy overlord. This is a vanity project; he will never see a return on his investment in his lifetime. Even the debt-equity swap would never be viable until the bonds mature in 2027, which I suspect SJR will probably do then. It's scandalous how poorly the Glazers have run the sporting side of things, and I agree on that part, but you're painting a bit of an unfair picture so early on in the Ineos era.
It’s not complicated. Paying 60M+ a year in interest is crippling MUFC. And Ratcliffe is consistently ripping the heart & soul out of the club with pretty much every decision he’s made since he took over. I’m hearing it daily from ex players, employees and fans too. So yes he has morphed into a greedy, evil overlord. And he’s arrogant with it. He’s a young 72 year old with the wealth to keep him fit and healthy for many years. So not just a vanity project with no return on his investment in his lifetime.
@ManUtdTheReligion It's not 60 million, though, is it? I don't even know where you came up with that figure; I guess you're adding in the transfers? Which every club structures in the same way, but to avoid a long, drawn-out debate, whatever the figure is, it's a tax write-off, so what it actually costs the club's balance sheet is much less. It stinks how the Glazers leveraged the club, but scaremongering the fans with statements that aren't true doesn't help. The proof is in the pudding. We've spent massively and spent it poorly. We're restricted now because of PSR, not because of the debt.
The Glazers are a Disgrace. Why didnt Ratcliffe buy the whole club. 60 million in interest payments p.a. on the debt is a disgrace. The Glazers Pocketed 1 billion from the 28% sale. More protest should be coming especially after the £66 ticket price announcement....Sorry But Glazers and Ineos Out...🇦🇺.
Glazers still see United as a cash machine. But they’d maxed out their credit. And needed Ratcliffe to bail them out. So they’ve gone into business with him, seems to be the answer.
@ManUtdTheReligion ..I love your video. But remember that clearing the debt by Ratcliffe paying off the debt to convert it to shares, will not be received well by the Glazers because it drops the share price....I hope it happens though because it's the only way to relinquish control off the Glazers.
Stop buying merchandise. Stop buying season tickets. Don't go to games and I don't mean for a week or two but from now until the ship sinks from its own debts. Make the team worthless and watch the rats leave the sinking ship.
Nt entirely their fault.Coaches are to blame for letting the owners sign millionaire contracts with dodgy players.Coaches shud tell them rashfordski is not worth 100k per week,Anthony,Osbama, Mainoon,Cashmeinro etc dont need
The masses are drinking the kool-aid again. Most of them support building a new 'super stadium.' Yet another souless bowl. The Liverpool owners can renovate Anfield. So can Man. Utd.
@ManUtdTheReligion They did the same at the iconic Fenway Park in Boston. Anfield and Old Trafford are no different. Also, what's better about the new Wembley, apart from the modern facilities? Heritage matters.
If Sir Jim Ratcliffe was such a life long united fan he must have known that the GLAZERS debt would hamstring a rebuild if not then he is not as intelligent as he seems he should of pulled out of the sale and let people who have the money take control of the club and get rid of the debt the Glazers have won again
It's time to put the spotlight on the CRIMINAL negligence by the Glazers that's crippled our football club and discuss how Ratcliffe's prolonging that in pursuit of a massive financial windfall via the govrnment assisted Old Trafford regeneration

CORRECT
The GLAZER'S stumped up the Cash to make CASH.
RATCLIFF stumped up the Cash to make Cash.
The Players play to build their Bank Balance
And the Supporter pay their Cash at the stile at entry & Win,Lose,Draw that his Lot.
It's called BUSINESS
Sorry
Any chance of a Song ?
Too late!!! Fan Platforms like these should of spoke up before Jim took over, now the damage is done!!!
The problem is that like politicians do, Ratcliffe lied about his intentions and his love for Manchester United
I Completely Agree!
Think qatar need to come back in pay what glaziers want get them out
@neilb7758 yes people who actually want to invest in the club instead of suck money out
But, but we can’t be like City and Newcastle. We have to be pure like the driven snow, right??
@@louisaraiza314the snow melted a long time ago mate
Stop buying merchandise. Stop buying season tickets. Don't go to games and I don't mean for a week or two but from now until the ship sinks from its own debts. Make the team worthless and watch the rats leave the sinking ship.
Nt entirely their fault.Coaches are to blame for letting the owners sign millionaire contracts with dodgy players.Coaches shud tell them rashfordski is not worth 100k per week,Anthony,Osbama, Mainoon,Cashmeinro etc dont need
Rashford was overpaid because the commercial department thought his image rights were worth it. Never was it down to what he’s done as a player.
The masses are drinking the kool-aid again.
Most of them support building a new 'super stadium.' Yet another souless bowl.
The Liverpool owners can renovate Anfield. So can Man. Utd.
Good point about Anfield.
@ManUtdTheReligion They did the same at the iconic Fenway Park in Boston.
Anfield and Old Trafford are no different.
Also, what's better about the new Wembley, apart from the modern facilities?
Heritage matters.
Wouldn't the Qataris have paid off the debt on day one? Keep Garnacho. Keep Mainoo
Sir Jim Ratcliffe is the cause of the Club's recent performance.
