Maple Leaf ESL thank you! But why don’t you tell ppl to subscribe ? We have been talking about it for years! I do not know a single channel where a teacher doesn’t say at least one “Please, subscribe!”, “Please, comment”, “Please, like” at least once during each lesson.
Thanks for your useful video as usual ! Here is my homework: 1- Andrew! I was blown away when I saw you had changed your hair color! 2 - Last night's hurricane blew down many trees and houses in my town . 3. My father blew in unexpectedly after 3 years of no news. 4- I blew off not to attend Sam's wedding because it's very far from here . . 5 - Remember to blow out the candles before leaving home! 6- I hope the covid pandemic will blow over soon. 7- It was sad to hear that the plane carrying 300 passengers from the US to Pakistan was blown up last week .
I love your way of teaching phrasal verbs. Thanks a lot! I noticed that some phrasal verbs have the same meaning, for example: push in vs cut in. What do you think of a video that has a bunch of different phrasal verbs, yet could be used for the same certain situation?
I was blown away when my favorite band blew up really fast. My team rapidly blew away/ out the others. Be careful! If you live there, they will easily blow you away. I blew off my date last night, I broke up with him. I really blow up when my friends blow me off and forget to call for me. So I need to go out and blow off my stress. On my birthday, I blew out the candle in my cake, but it blew down, and the fire started to break out. I so blow up when my car's flats were blow out by sth sharp. So I. must blow up my flats but it costs so much. When I had a virtual meeting, I forgot unmuted then it made me really embarrassing, hope everyone will blow it over soon. The bomb blew up and brought down a big building. I was really blown away when my friend blew in unexpectedly.
Hi, most of those are really good. Here's a few corrections: --I blow up when my car's tires are blown out by sth sharp... --When I had a virtual meeting, I forgot it was not on mute and it was really embarrassing. I hope it will blow over soon.

blow down is not that common, we rather user knock down..however, this awesome video totally blew me out of the water!
He is great, innit? Deserves a million of subscribers at least...
I'd say that blow down is pretty common actually. But knock down, as you said, is also a commonly-used expression.

Andrew, another question: don’t you talk about a sliver team in plural rather than in singular?
Like, Liverpool win Chelsea 2-0
You would say: Liverpool beat Chelsea 2-0.
