What if Kylian Mbappe is the problem.
What if Kylian Mbappe is the problem.
What if Kylian Mbappe is the problem.
Him and Vinicius on the left remind me of the problem France had when Malouda and Ribéry both wanted to start on the left after the 2006 World Cup. Even as Ribéry played as an attacking midfielder, they would constantly get in each other's way
Damn that’s a very good comparison actually
Could say the same for foden and Bellingham at the euros. I would've preferred for one to sit on the bench and rotate them every game and sub them on.
@@Vizeh Not that good of a comparison because overtime they will adjust to each other in both can play as a cf so they will just switch and when it works it works pretty good
@@ordotectonicus8585 yeah, but bellingham is more of a 6 rather than a 10 so like in the world cup we would get the best playing foden in the 10 with bellingham dropping back for defensive responsibilities but still having great build up play
@galaxyknight7309 tbh vinicius is horrendous as a cf
Carlo Ancelotti never wanted to bring Mbappe over to Madrid.
The Mbappe Saga was essentially (circa 2017-2024) is the story of two egoistic old men, Florentino Perez and Nasser Al-Khelafi, and Mbappe's transfer was much less about suiting Real Madrid's tactical needs than to satisfy Fiorentino's ego.
Mbappe, in the eyes of the two old men, is seen as little more than a pawn to undermine each other's reputation and prestige on the international football stage, especially during conflicts (Super League Proposal). Through this, Mbappe (and his mother) were able to exploit and manipulate both parties to their greatest personal benefit.
Great comment. I was always adamant in the belief that Perez made a fool out of himself for insisting on Mbappe. Especially after he lead Real Madrid on, only to extend with PSG shortly after. Isn’t it humiliating for an allegedly respectable man and president like Perez to be done like that?
@@Ap0r3Dist3inHS In the end, both Florentino and Nasser lost out. One got a player on huge wages that didn't suit his team's needs, the other lost it's only star player (at this point, Marseille have more (in)famous players than PSG) in a team and league (Ligue 1) that is becoming increasingly irrelevant
interesting opinion even thou you reachig imo, it's still a interesting take
Reminds me of how the 2000s galaticos failed the moment they started proritizing superstar attackers instead of building a balanced team with defenders
ronaldihno vs galaticos
Messi vs Prime Madrid 2017
Yamal vs Madrid 2024??
Yup... hate to say it but I agree
@@matanotomessi and ronaldinho both played in superstar teams. They were the best players but they weren't just only good players there.
@@Asad97654 ik im just stating the meme that’s been going around
@@matanoto yeah i think they're forgetting that 2004-2015 Barca was one of the greatest teams ever (if not the greatest).
I think Mbappe himself has said he prefers to play out wide. When you have so many players of this caliber, that want to play in the same spaces, they will both be less effective
Never forget that Liam was a footballer for Burnley FC.

I think the problem is that Madrid have way too much quality who can all play similar roles in the team
Almost like they are so spoilt for choice that they can’t select just one option, the team is so intricate
@@Vizeh it’s frightening
If carlo was strict on positioning maybe mbappe and vini jr would play proper like....Carlo could easily tell vini and mbappe what area they should occupy but no Carlo would rather follow his philosophy of giving players to much freedom then restrict players to a proper position so they could easily be effective
Bench Bellingham, pay Brahim. Bellingham had careless loss of possessions yesterday.
@@Vizeh Rather than having many options, they have many equal options of similar quality that get in each other's way if they are all on the field.
It's like Vinicius and Mbappe are both trying to be the main man. Meanwhile, you got Endrick trying to do the spectacular when it's a 3v1. They're all trying to stand out, all playing to be that best player. They only pass to each other when they absolutely have to, not when it's the better choice.
Sounds like the kind of player Madrid wants 🤷♂️
yea, really unnecessary. i just don't like it why mbappe go to real madrid. the most sensible way to think why madrid need mbappe is when they're trying to replace vini jr, which i think is going to happen soon enough.
his complete lack of any defensive workrate whatsoever is a massive problem, he doesn't even run and attempt to press, he'll just walk around
Exactly, Real Madrid rely on everyone doing many jobs, everyone is versatile. They all attack and they all defend.
@@lucinakipalacios2631 i've watched Real Madrid in person a couple of times this season and if you watch him you'll be astounded by how little running he does. He's walking or literally standing still not even moving when they don't have the ball

@@chibifirestorm exactly
@@Vizeh The only star player who really still does this is Haaland, but when he wants to track back, he does, and he's good at dealing with set pieces, so it's not that bad. I'm not trying to compare, but someone with a build like Mbappe doesn't really contribute anything off the ball unless it's pressing.
The thing i disagree with is saying vini is a left forward. vini is a touch line winger, beats his men, puts passes into the box and can come up with goals. if u watch madrid u would have seen how many times mbappe is not finishing the chances vini is creating for him .
Fr
hahah if u fuckers watched Messi in psg u would know how many chances he prepared for Mbappe only for him to miss an aboslute sitter. he could have had 2 times the assists if not more
The problem is that Mbappe and Vini are drifting to the left side in the final third at times. His movement is not positively impacting games and didn’t really adapt to the team by now. I still think he will explode this season when he fully adapts to this side.
Yes it's unfortunate that with the international competitions they couldn't start training together sooner, also, no pre-season together. So we're basically wtinessing a sort of "pre-season" now. But a player who just got there shouldn't bare the responsibility of carrying the entire team. He'll adapt solely because he seems to really want to make it work, that's a good sign at least
He also had a couple injuries I don't think he feels 100% confident
There's a saying in American Football that goes...
"If you have 2 quarterbacks, you ain't got a quarterback"
Meaning your top tier starter is everything.
If you have 2 players in the same position, and there is only 1 ball, you'll only ever get 50% efficiency at the max.
You're just robbing time from your starter. Giving him less reps, less practice, and subsequently less results.
You're watering down your talent pool from within.
I would say the biggest problem Real has is not top 3 in attack. It's lack of someone like Toni Kroos who dictated the tempo of the game, could hold up play, etc. They lack such player.
Valverde is not that guy, Modric is aging, Camavinga and Tchouameni are not on that level yet.
Now with Carvajal also gone for a season, I can already say, Barcelona is La Liga 2024/2025 champion.
Valverde CAN be that guy. Not as good as Kroos obviously, but he has the talent and will to do an amazing job in midfield
Probably why they keep trying to get Rodri.
Bellingham has proven to be someone that was only held up by Kroos. Outside of that, he is a very mediocre player.
@@ninanano He's jack of all trade guy not maestro like Kroos, Xavi, or Pirlo. Losing Kroos is massive since not only he's the main playmaker but also the other midfielders havent mastered their role yet.
@@ninanano No, he really can’t. You're confusing something. Valverde is the guy, but in a totally different aspect.
It’s like saying Haaland can be for City what Aguero was for them. Great strikers, but also very different players.
We are still missing a Kroos replacement. Vini and Reodrygo drifted wide and we had a good through ball passer- Kroos. Now, we have three towards who droft, and Bellingham wants to step up, so we have Valvarde and Modric trying to play passes they can't
Then they shouldn’t have signed Mbappe if they already had vini in the same position. Vini was arguably the best player in the world last year
Mbappe's signing means Ancelotti has to play a totally different formation & tactics, and unlike Benzema who dropped deep and made space for Vini & Rodrygo to make runs moving forward behind defenders, Mbappe doesn't like to do that, matter of fact he doesn't like to play as a 9 at all, thats why he plays on the wing for France, and he was annoyed with PSG's board when they insisted on playing him as a number 9, hence why they signed so many strikers during the time Mbappe was at PSG, to try and find him someone who could fill in that position, so he could play on the wing.
The problem is way deeper than Mbappe alone
It's not only a positional problem because many times he had the chance to play from the wings but his shots are always blocked and he doesn't win 1v1 like he used to, he seems slow in those situations
For a pace merchant, Mbappé barely presses and his whole "I must play the way I prefer to play" approach by being on the left is something that I feel will do Real Madrid more harm than good.
Just let Vini, Rodrygo and my boy Endrick cook, Perez.
I told a friend before he was announced at Bernabeu: "what if he's cursed, and now RM won't win an UCL?"
I was kinda joking with that
He’s literally cursed
I was thinking that when he signed.

Bit of a random comparison
Two very different players to be fair haha
As an Arsenal fan, I agree that Cole Palmer is way better than Mbaypal, but...
I'm 100% certain that Cole will get a career-ending injury whose cause may or may not be an off-camera foul by Havertz in their game against Arsenal in November.

Yes, even though he's a top 3 player in the world right now, he's an unbearable person to be around. Almost every player who ever played with him hated him afterwards. When he joined Real, Neymar called Vinicius to offer him his condolences, saying that playing with Mbappé is unbearable. Mbappe's narcissism is even bigger than his skill, somehow.
You can also see this by just paying attention to him during matches when he's on the bench, whenever a Real Madrid player makes a mistake and they show Mbappé's face, you can him shake his head and behave like a literal child, probably cursing the guy in his head.
What is the source for Neymar’s comment? Sounds like you just made it up.
It’s almost like psg fans said this from the beginning and no one cared. I watched PSG while Messi and Neymar were there and mbappe messed up the whole chemistry between them

I find that some clubs fixate on a player and no matter how much time goes by, they'll still go and buy them even tho they realistically don't fit. Madrid did that with Hazard in 2019, wanted him for a couple years and bought him at 29, way too old to build a team around. United did it with Sancho, wanted him in 20/21, didn't happen and still forced it in 21/22.
Now Mbappe and Madrid. There was no point in getting him after Vini popped off, but hey they're the galaticos am I right? They did it with Beckham as well and had to force him into CM because Figo was on the right.
Problem is, Mbappé doesn't move if he doesn't have the ball which is a product of French football. I'm French and I can tell you, football here is considered a no-contact sport for referees make any sort of contact, you get a booking. Game doesn't rely on trying to regain possession by being aggressive, it's more of a sit back show and wait for the opportunity to intercept a pass. His game relies on having the ball delivered to him, running forward, getting into 1v1 situation vs the fullback and be given an advantage because how do you stop a skillfull player like Mbappé if the smallest contact becomes a foul in France? Now he's in Spain which is a pacier and more physical league and since he doesn't move, he's not gaining as much success as he would've.
That's very interesting! Should be a matter of him only getting used to it though, no?
Also, La Liga referees aren't any better 😅
This simply isn’t true hope no ones actually believing this 😭
My honest opinion is Rodrygo playin Striker , sort of like an R9 and Mbappé playing RW like the Monaco days, if that clicked, they would literally be unbeatable.
Psg and french team spoiled him by building the team around him. Now he found it hard to adapt to his team like a rich kid thrown in the suburbs.
Who would’ve thought starting 3 left wingers would be a problem
I think the real problem is the midfield. Valverde can’t do everything by himself and modric can’t play all game.
Mbappe has been ok. Not trash but certainly not good. In the beginning he was awful but he’s definitely improved since the start of the season. My problem is, his decision making sometimes is poor, he could definitely pass the ball more and he’s not executing on chances. You failed to mention that most of his La Liga goals are penalties and every reason I just stated is why that is. I don’t think he’s a bad player but he definitely should not be starting. We are better without him, we won last year without him. We played athletico Madrid without him and if it wasn’t for the fans we would have won. I think he should come off the bench or play weaker teams for now until he’s more accustomed to his position and La liga.

This is Mbappe fault he knew what he was getting into. He’s implied for years that his preferred position on pitch is on the left well unfortunately for him that’s where Vini is at his best. Now he’s playing a striker role that limits his creativity. I like Mbappe a lot but this is all on him he should’ve went to a better team situation that would MAXIMIZE his capabilities instead of the going to Madrid because of the allure of Madrid.
We needed someone else a true striker a clinical 9. Mbappe has said multiple times while he can play as a striker he prefers to play on the wing mostly on the left side. We should of got someone who can be laser focused of staying in the box and scoring even if it’s a tap in
As a Madrid fan Mbappe is great but we needed someone else, which is why I been saying since 2023 we should get Haaland since he’s a clinical 9. Mbappe has just been bought for the name of a Galactico without realizing what type of goalscorer the team needs.
Does M'Bappe still own his shares in PSG while playing for Madrid?
How won't that be a conflict of interest if they play in champions league?
To be fair he had played in a farmer's league all his career so adapting to a much tougher league will certainly prove difficult.

@Vizeh Maybe you have a point, in terms of it not being a vaild excuse. But he's not the first nor last world class player to play in another league and struggle a bit.

I feel like as a fan, i dont see him making enough effort in creating chances, and he seems predictable and a bit sloppy. I am slightly biased, because i like they way Vini plays, and i feel like He( Mbappe) expects to be spoon fed and not participate so much in creating chances.
Way more from him.*
Okay because yes his finishing has been bad, he’s not fitting in the system, most of his goals have been pens, but he has that quality to score goals.
I think the main problem like you said is effort, he needs to create more chances and score more it seems like he’s not putting it his all
But MAINILY
he needs to drop back, that’s a main problem that he can fix and that has led to attacks from the opposition
@@matanoto nah i think it has been a problem of tempo. Kroos is one of the greatest midfielders and one of a kind so it'll be hard to replace him. The thing is he is known to be with the quality of Messi like creating goals out of nothing and in this team goal aren't a problem so he needs to adjust a little.
@@Asad97654 yes of course no kroos is the biggest problem because that’s one of the best midfielders oat, but Mbappe is also a big problem

Liam Vizeh has attained a higher level of football understanding. He knows what an 'inside forward' is. A much better position than anything entitled 'false'
Imagine the madness if Real suddenly have a UCL drought over his tenure like the old galacticos between 2003-2013 did?
They win too much. I'd like to see madrid repeat that 2003-2013 era again.
The quality of play has drastically dropped so in the short run yes but in the long run once they figure out a system for them to flourish they’ll be again challenging for everything.
I feel the issue being undermined is that the lopsidedness of the squad would (and did lemme itself last year with Rodrygo drifting central from the right and Vini hugging the left) lemme itself to a quick switch by Kroos to Carvajal who's crossing generates high xG chances.
With Kroos gone, we have defensive solidity with the tchou and Valverde double pivot but they're speed of distribution is terrible, taking 3-5 passes to do what Kroos did in one.
Valverde for some reason isn't roaming the left half space, even when Rodrigo usually drifts central, leaving a poor outlet pass to Carvajal and resulting in a lot of turnovers, ones that admittedly they are both great at nipping in the bud.
I feel despite the penalty given away, the now healthy midfield pairing of Camavinga and Jude alongside the double pivot are showing more cohession, but this means Rodrygo and Arda will have to be dropped to allow Valverde to play a hybrid Rm out possession/Cdm in possession.
The Vini Mbappe pairing is budding but looks rough when Vini is in balloon dor form and mbappe is slightly underperforming. Hopefully the international break will help reset the team.
If you watch the games, they are horrendous. Individual quality is the only way to go, which Vini has been showing by himself all alone. Mbappe scored 2 tap ins 4-5 penalties and one good goal.
He brings the team down and the moment Endrick plays you feel the improvement in that regard.
Interesting question . Jude Bellingham last year got in and he was leading the team. Mbappe start was more like a problem to the team to fit him in. I believe with new UCL and La Liga injuries and being a long season they will eventually fit in a model and there will be room for all. But Mbappe needs to play more central if needed by the team. Also have great hopes on Endrick and Arda Guller. If Endrick explodes this years it will be Mbappe and 3 brasilians who eat grass so he will need to step up his game.
For me i would have loved for him to join Arsenal. He would have gotten that left Wing and Arteta would have a very good attacking and defense squad
But i know his terms would have been demanding
1. Salary 2. Regular Starter
Anyway hope he finds his spark he is a world class player
What krooos is for Real Madrid was what Xavi was to Barcelona. Both of them were seriously seriously missed. Man. I’m a Barcelona fan but Toni Kroos passes to them too would be like totally mind blowing. Idk why he retired
Bellingham is better than mbappe. Mabppe has a huge ego, he believes that he was going to walk into Madrid and be the star of the team, and now he had been quite underwhelming. Bellingham is a better person , player, and deserves a ballon dor more.
Give him time till January and Real Madrid will start cooking harder than they already are
The problem is Bellingham, he was held up by Kroos last season but is a mediocre CAM outside of that. He cannot do anything but play the role of a glorified winger. RM is better off with Brahim or Guler instead.
Madrid play better with Bellingham tbh
What? They won the champions league!
Atm Vini shows hes better than Mbappe … but we all have to wait for the really important games at the end of the season. That is the time world-class players shine brightest
I honestly don’t wanna see that he’s making my team worse but the performances have been… I just hope he can fully adapt 🙏🏽
Time will show that this debate is nonsense. It‘s normal that a player needs to adjust to a new system, even a player like Mbappe. At PSG, the squad was built around him, this is not the case at Real. But he will adapt, he is too good of a player not to. Also, a lot of the problems Real are having right now have nothing to do with the attack, but rather the fact that they lost their main playmaker with Kroos.
Endrick adapted better than him for sure

Sometimes stars don't shine as much, when you put them besides stars that can shine as brightly.
Replace him with an Ai striker
Real Madrid could’ve gone for any striker except for haaland and they choose the one with the most unsuitable playstyle. Mbappe is a great player but he needs a team built around him. He needs to be the main guy to shine which doesn’t work in rm with vini beside him. Rm should have gone after Lautaro Martinez type of striker
7 goals but almost half of them are penalties. Lewa has scored the same number of Non penalty goals as Mbappe in a single match. 60-70% people called out before that Mbappe at Bernabue wouldn't work. If all 4 of your attacking minded players occupy the same part of pitch you have a big problem. And I don't wanna hear any bs in the name of adaptation.Dani Olmo who everybody called a disaster signing as 3 goals in 2.5 matches with also a new coach. Raphina under Flick has been flying so is the whole Barcelona squad. In terms of adapting Barca should have had the worst reaction. They went from learning tika taka from the pre historic days to being the best attacking minded team in Europe. And after WC final 22 he hasn't been the same. I guess that is one flaw of being a pace merchant.
I dont think that Real is second in the league because of Mbappe, but more because Barcelona is very strong at the moment under Hansi Flick.
Well there's a solution to this...sell Vinni Jr. Cuz we all know they won't sell Mbappe.
Vini jr is Real Madrid’s best player! Thirteen trophies including 2 champions league and 3 league trophies say it all. Can’t listen to anymore after the first few minutes.
Congrats on appearing on The Irish Guy’s channel
the solution is not mbappe, its an unselfish #9 and a reconstruction of that defense and midfield
Real Madrid miss Kroos so much...

How the hell are Real Madrid making the loss of Joselu seem like an actually big deal.
Forgot to mention that his goals in RM are, till this moment, inflated by penalties since he has become the go to penalty taker for RM, about half of all his goals at RM are from PK, so he has been mediocre at best and disappointing at worst
I remember it was confirmed that he was coming to the bernabeu ... even if it made us worse ... i was just happy ... but i am not happy now
I think they need to try Vini in the center and allow Mbappe on the right.
I wouldn't say worse, it's just there is not enough resources for him to shine, and he ends up overfocusing on scoring (often from bad positions). He needs to accept that he is a part of the system now, a cog in the machine.
Not enough recourse?
@@seneveshemisi6820 What I mean by that is Real's attacking potential is distributed among Vini, Mbappe, Rodrygo, Valverde, Bellingham. It's not funneled into 1 striker like in the case of Haaland in City.
You can only have so much shots and scoring chances in the game, if you have too many stars, they trip on each other (in this case Mbappe and Vini literally)
Meh when CR7 wasn't the problem, then Mbappe isn't either. Problem is they have no Benzema sacrificing himself for the Superstar. And they have no playmaker anymore since everyone only wants runners in midfield for some reason now.
I also believe Real madrid have to make a big decision(in my opinion an obvious one)to either keep Mbappe and sell vini or vice versa you can't have these players together in my opinion you keep mbappe why he is a better player and consistanly performs when he is called up, vini is a proven title winner, great player talented and also does what is asked of him.
I really think that Mbappe ain't problem, is just a "click" issue, like u said they have a lot of creativity on the left side of the pitch and sometimes it's really hard to get the coesian earlier on the season, and we should not forget that Mbappe was very late to the Real Madrid pre-season. If anything Real Madrid is really missing Kroos 'cause Valverde is a phenomenal player but he is like a box-to-box or a right interior and not that playmaker that Kroos was, Jude is really good but the amount of games on last season seems to hit him differently. But overall i think Madrid is fine they just need to create routines and keep aflot, Barça dont have that deepness on the squad and in January they can feel really tired and Atletico is Atletico they will choke like they allways do.
Great vid btw , i dont ussualy comment a lot but i really like ur vision of football and sports in general, keep the great work man.
I don't think Madrid will be able to stay undefeated either because they have always been trying to get the result back from their opponent's mistakes or brilliant moments, now more than ever. La Liga is probably very closed off, and Barcelona is recovering a good and necessary depth after the international break with Olmo, Gavi and Fermin, and Araujo and Cristóbal are returning fresh after December.
They'd swap him in a heartbeat for you know who... (if it was on the table)
He's not the problem, it's the club's board making bad decisions. For example, Ancelotti asked them for more defenders and they said "no, the team is good enough". It was a bad decision and it looks worse with every passing week.
Vinicius is the only one of the usual front 3 playing his natural position. The other 2 are bound to have underwhelming performances. They also didn't have a pre-season do get used to each other sooner so we're basicaly witnessing their period of adaptation, if this is even ever going to work. They needed a striker and got Endrick, but he's too young and inexperienced for that burden. Ancelotti also has some questionable tacticts sometimes. I saw Mbappé sometimes trying to pressure at the front but the team wasn't collaborating with him, defending too much. I believe he also rushed his injury because he wanted to play so badly and prove himself to the fans and club but he should've just rested.
Bellingham's return from injury was good, they link up well, but he also has that shoulder injury that should've been taken care of a long time ago and it's going to keep giving him problems until he eventually has to sit out for months. Shoulder hanging off the bone. The team is disorganized, simple.
Frankly, the board made decisions based on public relations rather than footballing success. They've been able to balance both so they should do it again. I feel bad for Mbappé, he clearly wanted to go to Madrid for the longest time, and maybe it's too soon to tell. Being such a good player it's only normal people expect a lot from him. So, I don't see a solution, but I also don't have that capacity.
Real Madrid WILL have an underwhelming season, and the scapegoats will be Ancelotti and Mbappé, despite having little blame.
At this point in the season, the excuse that this is a preseason is no longer valid. It is simply a lack of chemistry between the three, a natural result of being three players who play in the same position, aggravated by the shortcomings of the team as a whole.
Yeah Mbappe is a
Problem, not the main one but certainly a big one
Madrid did not need mbappe
They already have a world class winger who might just win the ballon dor
Someone who has proved himself for the club severally so why go ahead and sign someone who plays his exact same position??
Madrid thought they could just add mbappe into a front line that already have 2 LWs and thought they would run away with it
Not to mention their midfield is shit since kroos left
If valverde gets injured its pretty much a wrap for them in the midfield department
Mbappe playing as a striker and drifting in the left wing isnt helping either
Atleast last seasom Bellingham was a bit of a reference upfront and making late runs but cuz mbappe is now there it fucks up the whole established set up
They didnt need mbappe
They needed a mifielder and a striker
Time will tell if the transfer of mbappe works out but rn it isnt
if your saying he hasn't been playing that bad and that he's scored 7 goals you have to look at the goals. Idk how many are penalites and the rest are tapins. no good goals
Looo i don't like Real Madrid and Madrid fans come at me whatever you say is most definitely won't affect cause I'm surrounded by you guys irl, but genuinely Mbappe i more natural winger than a number 9 i always knew would cause problems for Vini.
When i asked one of my friends he would always say "No Mbappe is a striker, he can play there*
There's a difference between able to play in a position and that position being someones natural position. Mbappe started he career at RW and he seemlessly transitioned to LW. His best football is at the LW.
Mbappe doesn't solve Madrid's striker problem he makes it worse. Also i think Madrid may have a Midfield problem as well. As they don't a player of Toni kross profile anymore. Having that player to control the flow of the game from minute 1 to 90 is the reason why Madrid have been so successful in the past decade.
Yup basically true not a Madrid fan btw but it’s true. And vini has looked better, but not at his best and Mbappe dropped a stinker (ghosting) vs villareal
ghosting = playing rlly bad
Ghosting does not equal average.
Mbappe has ghosted 3 games this season now (so he’s played bad threee games this season
The rest he’s been average and in 2 he’s been mvp
@@matanoto Although that MVP should go to Valverde because Mbappe only scored a penalty and a one-touch goal that Valverde gave him
@@matiasescobar8730 yeah, im being generous
We psg fans have been saying this for a few years
we've simply got to wait until the season ends. then we will see
Toni Kroos is what we are missing.
There was no need for him to go to Madrid in the first place. But Florentino Perez has a big ego and wanted to get him at madrid anyway.
Yes it does, i don`t think Mbappe makes Madrid better.
Vini Jr, Mbappe, Rodrygo all want to go the left
heck even Bellingham sometimes roams into the left sided areas of the pitch.
Mbappe also isn`t a true striker, Haaland is, so even if City aren`t great at outlizing him as a transition player, Haaland is a Striker and he plays great as a striker, defenders respect that because he knows his position, Mbappe is a Winger that is forced to play as a striker out of necessity, not out of his quality as a striker.
Madrid and madrid olayers lways gets hate at beginning of the season 😂 we all know the end season result 🤭
If Mbappe was the problem than Madrid wouldnt of been underperformed in the Atleti and Lille game Mbappe isnt the problem the problem is Perez didnt build the team and has gone seasons without bringing in replacements. But due to Barca being weak he felt no urgency to address the issues. back up CB is Tchou the back up LB is Cama likely the back up RB will be Vaz but now that Vaz is off the bench you just weaken your already weakened bench. This is clearly the worst bench Madrid has had in a long time outside of Modric. The issues were here last season Madrid won the league but if Jude doesnt play hero in El Classico and doesnt score a game winner than Madrid couldve easily had lost it. Perez needs to bring in a real midfielder Tchou and Cama arent that they bring nothing into attack so when they play teams in low blocks the defenders dont care. Rodri said it best CM are more important than a striker is. they need a guy who can pick part a defense and send a good through ball. Modric isnt and Jude hasnt shown to be that guy either. Perez should go after Bruno Guim and Wirtz it has nothing to do with Mbappe. The reason PSG with Mbappe and Neymar was because their midfielders. I rather have Iniesta Xavi and Busquet than BBC or MSN purely because a midfielder can make a average striker look elite
Uh oh
First Kane now Mbappe
i think madrid wants vini jr to be gone, so they bring mbappe to madrid. i think he's going to be vini jr replacement. why madrid wants to replace vini? because according to lots of spain media, madrid fans in spain are fed up with him because the comment he made about 2030 world cup, vini just call them a racist country and that's hurt spain people and madrid people. even madrid mayor reacts to his comments. so yea i think vini will go in january.
I've been saying this. mbappe makes every team he's on worse and I don't understand why he can't adapt to fit in with the rest of the team. its like he HAS to be the guy or he turns into a baby
Real just lost the heart of their machine. Kroos leaving isnt sth you can just ignore.
Vizeh do you think Haaland would have been a better fit if the transfer was possible?
He's a wayyyyy better fit than mbappe
They need a striker who's good at transition
Haaland is the best striker in the world and probably the best player running in behind
Absolutely. This season, Haaland has really shown what he did at other clubs in terms of holding up the ball and going on runs, mostly due to the fact that he drops deeper now, and isn't pressured by defenders as much.
Ppl just going write crazy stuff without knowledge the midfield is the main problem he needs to be getting the ball more often look at how the midfield is playing the ball need to be going forward
Very very true, but wait, Mbappe is supposed to be able to create chances too?
They hate on Haaland because he needs a midfield to get service. But Mbappes a winger and he can create chances too yet he hasn’t.
he needs to take responsibility and play well that’s all
@@matanoto Mbappe can create for himself but not for his team. Haaland can't create for himself or for his team. That's the difference. Just watch the games, he creates 4 good chances for himself.
@@efkepofjefopj Mbappe hasn’t created for himself this season either tho
@@efkepofjefopj haaland is a striker as well so he’s not supposed to create chances and yet sometimes he does
@@matanoto have you watched any of the games? He legit creates what he needs to just either scuffs the shot or passes it.
This is Messi Mbappe Neymar all over again isn’t it?
Its madrid. Losing that one game, they will buy a whole new squad for next season.
Vini Jr is Real Madrid Best player. Mbappe right now is not even Real Madrid second third or fourth. Vini Jr, Rodrygo, Bellinham, Valverde all of those have played better than Mbappe.
Holding midfielder is needed at Madrid
Ain't no way they have three left wingers
I think time will give us the answer
He was the problem in MSN and everyone tried to shit on Messi.
Egotistical and also very much prone to missing a BIG chance. Many examples of both are available. You can’t have three players who don’t defend at all, it just doesn’t work.
But also, attacking wise, it feels he’s trying to do too much, because teams aren’t giving him the opportunity to generally run into wide open greens. Let’s be serious about that for a second. Very similar type of player to Vinicius…I disagree. Vinicius, even though I hate to say it (Visca Barca) can hurt you with close dribbling and incredible selflessness and passing technique. Mbappe doesn’t equal him in any of those - and also, since the end of his time at PSG he hasn’t been that great himself. Absolutely anonymous at the Euros, and hasn’t covered himself in glory at Madrid…France worked at the time it did because you had Matuidi and Kanté bursting their legs for his benefit and the incredible passing and physicality of Pogba to feed him, along with the selfless and tireless Griezmann and Giroud.
we get it youre gay for messi
There's an air of smugness around this team. He sure adds arrogance, ego and a sense of false superiority. Not good for a footballer, in my opinion. But I could be totally off...
he doesn’t defend . joselu offered aerial attack mbappe doesn’t even fight for headers and you can’t cross becuz you have no one to fight for it. vini is to short and so is rodrygo. he doesn’t defend at psg he was lazy. even on the ball his play seems to be sloppy as well either he wins 1v1 or passes the ball back. his ego is over the roof . he doesn’t drop to create space for the wingers and since he’s not a natural 9 he also doesn’t know what to do staying on top apart from he doesn’t defend . he doesn’t help the team at all. as a psg fan i’m glad he gone cuz he’s toxic . and as a madrid fan i knew this was gonna happen. watch their games they play horrible
