Clearest tutorial on TH-cam! Scott at Phasing Player also has a great one, but perhaps a bit too quick for me. The Australian accent is lovely, by the way.
What an amazing overview, we were actually thinking of shooting one ourselves but we couldn't possibly do a better job..amazing!! Keep up with the good work!!
This was a great introduction to this game. I really like your style and videos. I've only seen 2 of them so far, this one and Pax Pamir. I have purchased Pax Pamir and waiting for it to arrive. This one also seems really fantastic, maybe a bit more complex than Pax Pamir. Do you have a review of Pax Ren, you mention it at the end of this video but I cannot find it? I feel like picking it up too while it is still available. Which game do you prefer Pamir or Pax Ren?
Heya Allan! Sorry, been away for a bit 😊 Glad to hear you enjoyed the video! I don't think I ever got around to a review for Pax Ren, but I will say that to this day it remains one of my favourite quick and heavy euros, and while Pamir is also top tier, I think Ren suits me best. There's a 2nd edition that you can order from the Ion Game Design website, so I would wholeheartedly recommend getting it if you can - much better components than my first edition, although I can't comment on any rules changes... That said, I'm sticking to the first edition, with my collection being as large as it is, I treasure a small box more than better components 😜✌️
Heya Felipe, sorry to say I never got around to the review side of things. Safe to say it remains one of my favourite "quick and heavy" small box games.
are tokens placed on the cards even if the trade fair had no pawns on a card border? Does it mean I can start a trade fair with 1+1 coins , take 1 and then run the route adding tokens untile the route has reached its destination if no pawns are present?
Excellent how to play. I looked at two others before I came across yours, and man, this has cleared it up perfectly for me. Thanks so much!

You are too kind, thank you!
I just bought the 1st ed. o the game and I'm always amazed how much there is to an Eklund game in such a small box. thanks for your helpful video!!
You are the man! You make the best video explanations on the tube! Hat off

This is great! Would love to hear the review sometime.

Hi. Did you complete part 2 (review)? I cannot find the link.

Yes, that's correct ☺️ And if there are any remaining coins, they are returned to the Trade Fair card.
Hope you're having a good time with it!
@@BitsOfBoard wow. I was only adding tokens if a pawn pirate or merchant was at the border. Silly me. 😊
Great video - TH-cam automatically generated captions are showing "porn" instead of "pawn" :-)
Hahaha! That makes me very happy! 🤣
Ren nay sounse
Couldn't concentrate on the video with all the body movement and ticks
Sorry to hear about your condition!
