They are the greatest hard rock band around...and probably for the last 30-40 years! (maybe more...)
BAND-MAID instrumentals are the best. Short and sweet. From note one to the end. No long and boring solos to kill the mood. PERFECT and AWESOME. Peace. 2.33

All of BAND-MAID instrumental songs are great, and I hope they will release an album of only instrumental songs someday.
Technically they did if you count the "Unseen World" instrumental score. 😄
What other band has this many songs where one listen can make your whole day? That was fun watching the expressions of incredulity on your face, Brad. So now that you're hungry, you can eat a lunch in their honor. Some Asahi Super Dry will be your "during the meal beverage for MISA. For food, start with Sushi and Ramen for Akane, with some horsemeat for Miku, and banana cake for Kanami and Akane both. Sai-chan will have to eat what she's served, but either way she'll love the booze. Top if off with some Jim Beam - MISA of course. Then it'll be time to listen to more Band-Maid and you can start over.
Try DON'T BE LONG. It's a crazy instrumental, pretty chaotic. There's an audio on TH-cam but I think all the videos are fancams. You may prefer one of the fancams just to watch them but the audio version should really be heard first for full appreciation. Just so you know Kanami can also play keyboards.
These ladies are magicians. If I'm down they make me happy, if I'm tired they revive me. They're just the best. 🤘✌️
Shame it wasnt the white room MV. Its a good live performance but tbh i profer the clear and clean sounds of a studio recording especially for a first time hearing a song.
There's a bunch of their instrumentals floating around out there. Hopefully someone can hook you up with some of the videos. Your facial expressions in this one had me rolling. Especially at 1:32. 🤣
The other one's are Onset, Don't Be Long, and From Now On. They also do many of their other songs as instrumentals. Just usually released on a special bonus cd or dvd with a regular studio release. Many of them are floating around on the net.
"Giovanni" is fantastic as a instrumental song, also!
Akane is an alien on drums !

I second this, go with fan cam as the point of the composition of this track was for training purposes (for Miku) so since she's front and centre, it's only polite! Brad, this will complete your coverage of their official and proper intrumentals but as part of World Domination and Unseen World albums, they also included instrumental versions (in the White Room) of practically every song on those (including Without Holding Back). They might have done others but they're the only ones I know of. Seek and ye shall find.

Assume that, by some miracle, Rush and Band Maid were both seasoned bands, but were still in the mainstream of their creative eras. Do think that Rush would invite Band Maid to open for them, as Guns 'n' Roses and The Last Rock Stars recently did?
I would hope so! I would also hope that Rush would take the chance to tour all the places they missed.
@@BradPoynter And how long would that list of locations be? This is why I like the touring and "doing extras" strategy that Band Maid is employing in 2022-2023. If someone wants your music as the opening or closing theme of any (even halfway-decent movie or TV project, you say, "You bet!" Any notable festival that your management and/or record company can shoehorn into your schedule, you smile and nod your head. Media interviews: of course. Tour until you collapse: "Of course". Use tour dates to solidify your reputation on the home front. Do three U.S. tours in less than a year and a half. Tour 1: Do big city gigs (including some in parts of the country you haven't appeared in before). Tour 2: Your feedback tells you that your popularity is growing quickly in the South and Midwest, and that you NEED to tour there -- "Go!". Tour 3: Hit the two entertainment/media centers (NYC and L.A. -- do this on every American tour), hit your "big growth" cities, tag a few promising "newbies". And if you work-in a Canadian and a Mexican city (or "cities"), do it (Mexico is pining for your return, plus your fan girls in "The Warning" would love to do a show with you in their native country). Plus continue to write constantly, release new/live material frequently, have a strong media presence, grab endorsements, make friends, and do countless interviews, just as you always have. Sure, doing this all over an extended period of time might kill you, but the time to push hard is now! With the constitutions of each of you ladies -- as your history documents -- you may end-up exhausted, but you WILL make it, after all (just like Mary). And when you do, put-on steel-toed work boots, visit all of the American music industry and media outlet people who ignored you, and kick them in the face...repeatedly.
