    Recovery of compensation goes to the concerned administrative officer where if the promoter premises is not there then the administrative officer will ceal the project office and will recover the RC also they can cease the vacate flats to recover the RC amount

    Is it compulsory to do RERA registration before applying for Commencement certificate and payment of cost in case redevelopment project ?

      yes RERA registration is mandatory as per the RERA Act

    Thank you for the informative video, i have received the RC from the tahasildhar, now it is gone to the talathi office, now the talathi has sent the notice to the builders office address which is his house, he has sold that, so could you pls let me know how will the recovery of compensation take place.
