Looks like a solid setup. But how about spare tubes? Chain lube? Zip ties or straps? Brake pads? Derailleur hanger? Extra rear light? Pain killers and imodium? Compeed? Water purification tablets? Maybe I missed some of that.

Im not a video pro like you 🤭. I forgot the one bag on the table. I have 1 x spare tube, 1 x lube, 1 x 60ml sealant, 5 x cable ties, 2 x break pads, 2 x rear lights (one on the helmet, one on the bike), imodium, ipubrufen, dry stiches, 2 x chloryn pills, bum-cream. No derailleur hanger as i have the new T-TYPE XO, so it mounts on the frame straight 😀
