EXCELLENT footwork but I have a question what if your opponent is a muay thai practitioner, with the leg takedown you have defended against the knee attack but your opponent can EASILY and QUICKLY ELBOW down onto the TOP OF YOUR HEAD, (whilst you are grabbing/grabbed the leg) what would be the solution to this????
When he got the leg correctly, his Opponent is allready out of Balance to set a good hard Muay Thai Killer Ellbowshot. If he don‘t get the leg in the correct and effective Way, the Muay Thai Killer Ellbowshot will seriously destroy him. Danger is the nature of a fight. If you don‘t like to live in danger you better don‘t fight my friend
@@stevewonder4258 my question wasn't from a place of fear, it was from trying to gain knowledge, I saw an opening "I thought to myself if someone tried that leg tackle on me, between the time my opponent is crouching and grabbing my leg I could get an elbow in (if I'm quick enough) and vice versa, because I've always thought a big weakness in takedowns is running into a knee but you solved that problem, but then there's an opening for the elbow now, I spose the only solution to the elbow would be speed (if you were quick enough performing the tackle with correct technique). jumping off a cliff is also dangerous but you wouldn't advise anyone to do that, my friend.
@@theunknown1426 Sorry my Friend, it was not my attention to attack you. I‘ve Martial Arts Instructor for more than 20 Years. And Throws and Takedowns are two of my specialized Tactics in One on One Combat. I developed my Technics in countless Sparringfights. And the most important thing, i learned from it is: When you decide to go into the Clinch, there is a point of no return. And split of a second in what you are vulnerable. How long and how dangerous this moment is depends on how well you have prepared your attack and how well you have worked for it. At least it depends on how deep your Believe in your technic and your Ability to win really is. In the moment of the attack, you must not think about the defeat under any circumstances. You have to focus on your victory. And from this perspective, the question of what to do about a possible elbow strike is superfluous. The moment you decide to shoot and throw the opponent, you bet everything on one card. You have to go in quick, determined, and hard.
@@stevewonder4258 no need to apologize my friend, just a misunderstanding I understand everything you are saying, I done a little bit of martart arts myself
