All JAMES and KIRK parts include - Tempo : 99 bpm for Intro, Verse. Around 103 for Chorus. Tempo up to 110 bpm for Melodic Bridge and all the rest (triplet riff, and fast riffs and solo). Standard Tuning.
I try to put the perfect mix between album version and live adds.
The D chord section is (i think) now demystified with the James part and Kirk part, clearly played and noted here. Also the Melodic Bridge section is clearly played and noted as they do Live.
For the "fast part" some live variations add here and there, but for the rest, album version is just perfect. I hope this video will be helpful for years for all Metallica fans.

When you uploaded this video was like "Oh, I already know how to play One, it's the first Metallica song that I learned!" But today I remembered the harmony that Kirk plays in 1:35 and I realized that in any tutorial that I watched I saw this part, so I thought about your video because you always play all the parts, the backing solo riffs, and stuff like that so here I am!
