I have the theory that they put Combat Carl because of that scene in Toy Story when the toys see Sid destroying a soldier from the window, I think it was the perfect excuse to release this character😅
Oh yah that’s certainly the reason, no doubt! It’s just funny they used that excuse in order to sneak in the cancelled toy story of terror combat into this toy story 1 & 2 set just to release it finally 😂
