well... let's check if we actually ARE easy to satisfy. My standards are: - intelligent, eloquent and at least kinda fluent in English, German or French, so we can communicate and will be able to learn each other's language better - no physical or psychological problems (never had that before, must be nice) - no criminal record - a steady (full time) job, no matter what, he just needs to be able to support himself - not a picky eater and good with eating spicy food My standards are apparently too high for Europe, though... XD
Lingling very interesting video indeed. I read this story and watched a video on this a year ago. In the video about this the "club" had recruiters walk the streets asking beautiful females if they are single and if they are the club recruiters would do a basic street interview on the spot. If they are thought to be suitable and are willing to participate in the process they are sent to the dating club training classes for basic language skills as well are taught simple Chinese customs before a meet and greet event where they are shown to the Chinese wealthy men.

Hmm I hope I can meet an Eastern European blonde girl with blue eyes who speaks good English in Canada. But however, I really prefer to date a Canadian Caucasian girl.Though yes, being in a romantic relationship with a western girl, it should be equal, its not just the man doing all the heavy lifting, its team work of both the man and the woman. Those requirements are most likely in arranged marriages of the past and some families are still doing that which lead to unhappy marriages. I mean I get that a guy needs to have a decent job and at least a car, but if he is going through university, that can be alot of pressure. Having a job, studying at university, yeah....that is alot to take in. I am glad to hear that most western girls do not have that much requirements when it comes to relationships/marriages. This is another reason why I want a western girl as a wife besides personality etc.
I grew up on a farm, and if a girl is used to, and likes, that sort of life, then she could be happy on a farm in China or anywhere. But all women have requirements. You cannot marry a man who will not work and lets his family starve. It takes a team effort for a relationship to work.
The cause is complicated, but in China in general if a girl wants to start family, she has to think about a place to live to raise the kids and transit as well. She can't just have 'fun' and fool around or she'll be leftover woman in no time. The birth rate is very low in China now, this speaks volumes.
