- COVID-19 is radically changing the landscape and will have a lasting impact on how businesses operate and prioritise. The 30% Club’s recently published report, Are you Missing Millions?, argues that addressing gender effectively is not just about balancing employee populations. Applying a gender lens across all business activity including areas like product and service development, marketing and supply chain management must be a consideration to drive gender equality in outcomes and more sustainable business growth. This event will bring together invited senior business leaders to explore why it has never been more crucial to take an enterprise-wide approach to gender as well as diversity more broadly, and through case-studies will show how best practice can be applied in a post-COVID-19 world.
