    Can’t wait to see her in Vault Event Finals. My gut tells me Simone is out and MyKayla is in. Depending on Fate MyKayla could come home with a medal. I’m pulling for her to get that chance! Go MyKayla.

      In a way I hope Simone says she isn't ready and that Mykala gets the chance to do vault finals too. But in another way, I hope Simone feels better so she has a chance to shine on vault. Maybe even do the double tuck and get another "Biles."

    This must have just published, negative comments… good Job MyKayla! I was Happy to see that the sport isn’t trying to ruin women’s lives, and bodies just for a 3 minute show, but they all considered their health, they all know even winners have to have life after the Olympics and she is there to help the women stay positive in a unique, trying time

    She is not my favorite as a gymnast, however I love her perspective about gymnastics and what she has to say. Lots of good things to say on her TH-cam channel, could see her doing commentary! Would be great for her and Laurie, I love nastia as a gymnast but she beyond redundant saying the same thing commentating. Laurie and mykayla would be great together

    i never felt tanya harding was being honest with her audience, generally using them and leading them on in order to gain attention for her own personal corrupt ambitions. cheaters arent really acceptable unless extremely rare conditions of excuse are met, and they should instantly be disqualified from the current competition.

    You k ow, my daughter at ripe age of 18 discovered just how crude the ballet world is, she walked away!! She didn't make commitment and leave her dance mates to make up the difference. So these ladies made a choice to be in gymnastics, now they want to whine about it. Help me understand please! US is a free country and these chic's live well. Sympathy yes, but come on, do something noble instead of whining about something. You have a choice to do!!

    • @patriciahenderson2096
      @patriciahenderson2096 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      @@casey332 some people just don't understand this sport at all. If you are not there mentally, you could potentially injure yourself, if you can't focus on every spin, tuck , layout twist, etc. it's crazy that people think she Simone should just suck it up. They just don't understand.

  • @randomdude189

    It’s weird how bandwagons work. She dropped out and it’s not newsworthy. Athletes that compete despite issues and injuries are newsworthy. She’s not a bad person and it’s good that she knows her limits but there’s no need for any news coverage. You dedicated your life to a sport and that’s great if you feel pressure and think you’re unique you aren’t. We all struggle and we all choose. Being an Olympic athlete doesn’t mean you overcame struggles it means you’re good at a sport and that’s where it should end.

      She also overcame COVID and pneumonia while training for the olympics. And her ankle and foot problems. Barely had time to get it together. There are lots of amazing athletes who don’t have the determination or mental strength to go that far. What’s wrong with appreciating her accomplishments? Sorry if you’re bitter because you’re no talented or accomplished
