Excellent video! Well explained content. I look forward to seeing how your new business venture goes! I know so many ATV owners that would love to see this project. There’s a great market for slingshot rentals here locally and I know as long as it’s street legal or off road worthy, there will be a community to rent or race this.
I’ll keep watching your excellent videos, and seeing how your journey goes with this idea! 😇

if your building a buggy as you call it or a dune Kart or whatever you want to call it. KJ Raycing here on youtube has a really great DIY platform and build info not to mention PDF build list and Direction for both single and double seaters. I think he also has a Build Parts list sheet. The build list I am not so sure of but his Karts are pretty bad ass for a budget builder!

Those plans require you to buy a very particular bender. Without that bender, the project is significantly more involved.

Spend a little money on a good set of plans...If there are things you can't figure out on your own.

It helps to have the right parts for the job. Take more time to figure out what you need before the build and you will enjoy the build a lot more.

I think I did that and found the parts are poorly made or the plans don’t fully match when followed to a T.

Building transportation no matter how hard is always a big reward when crossing the finish line. Arguably transportation is the biggest change to the human condition to which all other things are possible good and bad, both to rescue and to massive war. To be able to say I built something that can move humans will be so awesome! Thank you for the comment. I will use chat GPT to translate.

Next time you build your own design
the very first thing you should of done is decide what you want to use it for
and how it will be use taken someone else design limits that use or takes it away from it
the box cabin you start with that first how many people you want to seat in the thing and if you want storage or not
    how long and wide
sound crazy right lets say you want to be able to put 4 people in the thing
two good front seat and bench for the back seat or all 4 the same seats
do you want put thing like can of coke or anything that will take up room
its best to go out and look at something already made and that the measurement seat in it and
say what you like and dont like and fix what you dont like or to small here or not wide enough or tail enough
or it dont have enough space
its what the car company designer do that make car for a size of person same here if you small
and you design it to your size then only you will be able to fit in it understand
you can take carboard lay it down on floor then mark down the seat and were thing will go from the engine to trunk
and get the right feel and size of the car your building and then make sure you can make support to fit in a top for the height
people use wood because its easy to work with and once down they build it all out of metal
i would find an old golf cart with the right size and work around that or even use the old golf cart parts and rebuild the whole body around it then improve it
    better wheel better suspension
