OPEC quota only applies to export. If Nigeria wants to provide 10m barrels for local consumption, OPEC can’t stop us.
What reality are you talking about? When you hail a so called short term measure, can you say they will import enough to meet demand? Can we assure the price will not be too high just because of other costs of import apart from tariff and insufficient supply? And the bigger question, do we have a long-term plan? How can you praise a short-term plan that is really an insidious seed of long-term hunger?
Why is it taking more than one year for the Agric minister, Sen. Kyari to be still working on a program, is hunter waiting for one year to deal with Nigerians?
