    any idea why Ecopolitan is cheaper PSF than Twin waterfalls? both same distant from MRT but Twin Waterfalls 1 year older.

    do you forsee the psf gap between EC and private condo to widen, now that EC have caught up with private condos?

      I haven't compare them in specific. But ec currently is trending at $1300-1400psf. Pte condo at $1800psf upwards. They will always be a price gap but whether will it widen depend on a host of factors.

    I viewed all the units except Watertown, Flo residence and water woods :/ not sure coincidence with the profit % or not.
    Watertown because of price but Flo and water woods both have a point that make us eliminate it from our list. (Not sure if you get what factor I am talking about. Haha)
