I viewed all the units except Watertown, Flo residence and water woods :/ not sure coincidence with the profit % or not. Watertown because of price but Flo and water woods both have a point that make us eliminate it from our list. (Not sure if you get what factor I am talking about. Haha)
any idea why Ecopolitan is cheaper PSF than Twin waterfalls? both same distant from MRT but Twin Waterfalls 1 year older.
