i used to sweat when i did aerial yoga even if it was for 15 minutes, but now i don't sweat at all and even with a class that is over 40 minutes, my body just feel tight, in a good way though. does this mean i need to do more than one aerial class a day or 1hr long, or more advanced class in order to feel the sweat? i hope you can help me with this..thanks
Well, sweating is not really a goal for yoga or aerial yoga, but if you like feeling sweaty during practice when intensify it or do some extra cardio exercises ☺️ you’re body doesn’t sweat during practice because it’s probably got into the balance 🙂
