this flip unfortunately doesn't work for me at all :( when i push down my tucked leg and want to stretch it and at the same time pull myself up with my hands, i can't tolerate the pain on the tucked thigh - unfortunately

First you should strengthen your upper body to continue on with the tricks and also get used to the sense of the silk squeezing☺️
