Congrats for your new house🌷Best wishes for your mum's BDay!🌷Although it was an amazing idea, how on earth you had the courage to throw a surprise party in the mist of a chaotic move while caring for a sick child, the fam, preparations left and right, huge amount of paperwork for the house, the schools etc, etc and endless etcs... and also looking SO good.. Packing in itself is stressful enough, but you organised your mum’s surprise birthday party, communicating with Avery’s medical team and new nursery, school applications for the boys and Avery has been really unwell! You’re doing amazing you awesome woman!! It will all be worth it when you move, I hope you get the odd 5 minutes to yourself for a cuppa and maybe some chocolate to keep you going! Eli was so cute in the beginning...I love the way you always listen to each child even while recording and allow them to be cute little boys and make them feel special. The secret part was really cute...especially Avery knowing all of them. I'm so happy about Wales and really happy your mom is closer. I know it's still a bit of a journey but not bad because I know how close you are to your mom and she to you and your family. I always worry for Avery with this new diagnosis but you've proven you can handle it all but I've never seen parents more on top of their children's issues than you and Josh. I still don't know why I'm not getting your videos on my fyp as quickly as before but I'll start to check daily because you're the one channel I do not want to miss an upload on...take care, and time and as much as possible enjoy this move. Make your new home as special as you've always wanted. I cannot wait to see your choices in new furnishings and the home itself. I'm beyond happy for you. It's good that Avery's doctors have made sure you understand how important it is for Avery to get her hydrocortisone when her own cortisol production hasn't yet come back to normal after prednisone. ❤
When I was a teenager (my adrenal glands don't produce cortisol), my mom didn't give me extra hydrocortisone after I had puked, and I really didn't understand to take it either. By the nex morning i was totally unconscious, and mom couldn't get me to wake up. She called ambulance and I was taken to the hospital. I ended up being unconscious for over two hours because of hypoglycemia that is related to the addison's crisis that I was having because of not getting enough hydrocortisone.
You can never harm anyone for giving them temporarily even a bit too much hydrocortisone, but you can save someone's life by giving it.
I wouldn’t have known the importance of it until the doctors told us. That must have been scary for you, I’m glad you were ok xx

Maybe a vibrating vest would help move the mucus to clear her airway. Also, you can get a percusser or do manual CPT.
We do manual CPT, sadly vests aren’t funded here xx
@mummyandavery you're in uk arnt you, dosent surprise me NHS dont fund shaker vests font get ne going on stories I've heard about funding gunning has been cut yo our local nental heslth team im lucky I've got a named social worker lots of the clients haven't but safly my issues atnt hoing yo improve my prn I take for agitation has been upped it had to be my anger drawbridge was climbing up promethazine a life saver for me

I love that shirt that Avery had on. You always have such beautiful clothes for her. The boys always look nice, but I never had a little girl love girls clothes.
Thank you ❤️ after having boys I was really excited for all the girl clothes. Avery gets a lot of clothes as gifts from family and friends so it’s safe to say her wardrobe is well stocked!! Xx

I love watching y’all! I have a special needs son with G-Tube placement 2 weeks ago. You give me so much encouragement and make it look easy!
I’m glad I could help. Were two years post Avery’s g tube placement and I still think it was one of the best decisions we made for her wellbeing xx
I know what I’m going to say might sound weird but I want to share with you what I do when my little girl gets the type of cough that Avery has. Every night before she goes to bed I slice 1/2 onion 🧅 and put it very close to her bed on a plate. In less than an hour her cough stops. It’s even better if you can put it in her socks so the onions touches her soles and leave it overnight. This old trick really helps my daughter. Sending you lots of hugs x
I’ve heard about onions in socks, can’t say we’ve ever tried it though. Her cough has improved dramatically since moving. We had mould in the old house I have a feeling that’s what made the cough persist, but I will keep the onion trick in my mind xx

It’s been awful, 6 months straight. However since we’ve moved she’s improved dramatically. I think it may have been the damp in the old house xx
I felt bad you were all about Avery and didn't even acknowledge your son sitting beside you on camera until you had no choice . It's not hard to know you are an amazing mother and person, but it seems the boys take a backseat to Avery .
She tried her best and a she doesn’t take a backseat to the boys and b she loves them all the same . No hate to you and I know your jst concerned and that’s fine 😊
I think it’s important to remember that in this clip you only see a snippet of me sat with my children. I generally talk more about Avery on my channel as the main focus is life surrounding a medically complex child. God knows I love my children the same and give them all as much attention as I can xx
Lady, she's got thos baby choking and coughing. Leave your criticisms to yourself.
If you ever had to live a life with a disabled child and a abled child you would understand that as a parent to both you feel guilty and spread so thinly but you do anything for any of them. At one moment you might give more to one than the other bit later the other would get more. Same as having two abled children or more, you just juggle a lot more with a disabled child involved. Never ever question someones acknowledgment of another child because we / you have only seen that one moment. 🤗
