    Really appreciate the video. I’m considering starting a home inspection business myself and this was really helpful. Also, thank you for placing the importance on family before work

    Thank you for your testimony I'm thinking about switching gears from a paint subcontractor to home inspections. My wife and I are both gonna train and we both paint now I've been building residential and commercial for many years and about physically give out. My wife said God helped us build a small business out of nothing and he could do it again we just need to have faith. We are in the forgotten coast areas north Florida but my wife is from your area. Thanks again for testimony I needed that to move forward. Peace and blessings to your family and business please lift us up in prayer as well. Thanks Jesus is Lord!!!

    Thanks for the video. I appreciate your content, almost done with Courses. there are others who aim for the same subject but I do appreciate your individual points that are helpful, such as “multitasking, the need for call centers, etc.” wish you a great subs success. Keep up with the great contents for up-and-coming home inspectors.

    I am afraid of heights, looking to become inspector but I think my fear of heights won't let me do this job. thanks for the video

      It's not the fear of heights, it's the thought of what will happen if you fall from those heights. I have the same fear, but if you do it enough it will become 2nd nature. You could also get drone certified and use that. Nothing can replace the accuracy of a roof inspection like having boots on the roof but if you can't do that then use a drone. Good luck in your journey.

      Buy a drone but getting on the roof is sometimes necessary.

    How much money do you make a Pop doing a home inspection?

  • @LRH143

    God has absolutely nothing to do why you are so busy. It had to do with the outrageous homeowner’s insurance premiums in Florida. And how a lack of urgency by our governor to find real solutions to our HO Ins in Florida. They should rename name Florida homeowner inspectors revenue generators. After every inspection of most homes the homeowner will be upgrading either windows, electrical or roof. I know, I have done all the above in the 20 plus years I have lived in my home. And guess what, my insurance rate has never been lowered although I have spent over 40,000 in upgrades. My insurance more than doubled this year. This is the biggest scam in Florida. As a 6th generation Floridian who thought she could live out the rest of her life in her modest little home will now be forced to move out of Florida.

      About 75 percent of my inspections are traditional home inspections and new construction so your theory is incorrect. Thank you for the insite though.

    Hey, how’s it going? I really love your video. I’ve been in the military for 7 years so far and plan on getting out and going to the home inspection field in Florida. Thank you for sharing this video with us.

    I enjoyed your video, which says more about you as a person rather than your role. Although my approach to life is not faith based, I believe in human-kind and I can tell that you are a good person, you're proud of your work and family. All good stuff. Keep up the great work!

    How long does an inspection take from start to finish.

    • @davidscruggs3755
      @davidscruggs3755 ปีที่แล้ว

      Depends on alot of factors. How old it is, how well taken care of it was, how many issues you start finding, how big the house is, if its occupied or vacant. It could take you anywhere from 1 hour and 45 minutes to 3 or 4 hours. Also if your doing anything extra like pool inspection or we'll inspection could take another 30 to 45 minutes.
