Not quite ready for standing core work? Here are a few exercises you can do lying and seated to get your core working, including the transverse abdominus th-cam.com/video/UdHfolLl-Fk/w-d-xo.html

Thank you for your videos. I a going to start these exercises. Hearing your positive attitudes and these "do-able" core exercises make me want to do more. You may not be able to fix a broken heart but you put cheer into mine.

Dear Brad & Bob, You've been doing these videos for years, but I just found you last year. We never had a cell phone till Nov 2019 when I was in the hospital & had mastectomy mar 2020. I think this will help my issues with scapula & pectoralis muscles.
I fell in love with your demeanor right away. Your funny, helpful, witty, & a joy. I'm very glad Bob is able & you're still doing these videos together. God Bless you both, Judy

Good stuff. I can't get up and down off the floor like I used to, but need to strengthen my core. I've been doing knee raises while waiting for the microwave, but now I can add planks against the counter too :)

Thanks for this plank modification demo. I had my R knee replaced almost 4 months ago & can’t kneel, but don’t want to lose all my muscle tone. So this’ll help a bunch.

You guys are the best. Core work is a necessary “evil” and my least favorite workout. These are definitely durable. Thanks for all your great work and sharing your videos. Keep on rockin!

These modified plank exercises are fantastic! Thank you for the great demonstrations. I am 63 and do yoga with floor planks but its challenging. I can probably get more reps and hold the positions longer using the modified versions you demonstrated.

Be nice to have a Senior set of videos. Some for Not fragile Seniors, and nit the marathon runners for 40 years. But for those who can bend over, carry some 30-50 lbs of weights and move furniture.lol or garden all afternoon. Also for women who had several children, and everything didn’t return to teenage state, even if their weight did. Then there ate those who have an injury and maybe in Arthritic area. Like a hand or shoulder. Everybody does knees and hips. Also ligaments that are tight or were torn. Seems everyone assumes all Seniors are fragile and can hardly move.
