Just celebrated my 70th birthday! I’ve been following you since March 2020 and haven’t missed a workout!! You give me inspiration that I can do anything even at my age! Thanks for always being there and cheering me on!!

Rose, I'm so proud of you for pushing through. I've been there before, and I know how hard it is to care for a loved one and try to fit in time for yourself. You did it! You're doing it, and I'm so proud of you. Every little bit that you do for yourself allows you to show up as your best self for others!
My kids are home today and my 10 year old son made a comment to me “man, you’ve been working out with Sydney for over 6 years, I can remember when I was little watching and trying to do the exercises with you”. That gave me motivation to push hard through this tough workout! Great job everyone!

Had a horrible sleep last night, but still made it here today! Had to use lower weights than usual, but still worked hard. I did the best my body could do today today. Thanks for the moral support everyone!
Tried to talk myself out of working out today since my knees are feeling sore from skiing, but I always feel better when I keep them moving so I'm glad I showed up today 🙌
Geez!! This was super hard. Moving from one exercise to the other without a break made it super hard. This was a big surprise and very challenging. Thanks Sydney for being in our lives and motivating us at every stage. Love and your family for changing our lives each and everyday 💕

Just finished this workout midday. Enjoyed a slower start to day due to the MLK holiday. But holy moly. I LOVED LOVED the creativity of the moves and the combinations. 45 second workout periods also felt good. Thank you Sydney for the time and energy you put into your workouts. I’m a 37 year old man who is not in terrible shape, but hasn’t been to a gym in years. My wife’s been doing this the past year and looks amazing, so this year I thought I’d give it a try. Sydney is breaking me off! I haven’t been this sore in awhile! Staying committed. Hopefully I’ll get the same results as my wife!
I had a lot of doubt in myself about this one, but I’m proud of myself for how I mentally and physically pushed through this. I may have taken a few extra very short breaks, but I committed to each exercise and worked all the way through!

I just recently found your channel in the new year and I've been loving it so far! I work from home and was feeling a bit down because I didn't get up early to do this workout before I logged on but decided to do something about it. I took a 30 minute break so I could complete this workout and I am so glad I did! I feel a million times better and your encouragement at the end of this workout is helping me get through the day. Beautiful workout! And it is sooo true, we don’t always have all of our ducks in a row! My house is a mess right now and I’ve been buying pre-made salads at Trader Joe’s and meal prepping boiled eggs, cans of sardines, oranges 🍊 and avocado toast with smoke salmon for breakfast, that’s the best I have right now with my job a constant source of mental anxiety and consumption of my time and energy . Showing up for my workout every morning is my non-negotiable 👑💪❤️🔥
