Aegis of Earth was fun to play from start to finish. Yeah, it was grindy to a fault, but the desire to build the most OP city kept me going back for more. Glad you gave this game some attention, bro. 💪

Well, I gave Rumble Roses (PS2) a try looking for, uh, something but came out of it feeling completely hollow. Gal Gun may be dumb but I tip my hat to your hands-down better taste, sir. d(^^)
Oh yeah I remember Rumble Roses on PS2, I actually liked the wrestling mechanics in the original, it was pretty solid. Though I wasn't that big of a fan of the sequel on Xbox 360.

I really don't like it when people dismiss DOA as shallow because they focus much on the boobage. I got a copy last year and I am enjoying it a lot. The hold mechanic is something that I found unique. Granted, I have only played a handful of fighting games. 😂
@@curryryse doa was actually fairly complicated as a fighting game. it's the only fighting game i remember that has a separate movelist for parry and blocking. the way tekken progressed though, i'd say tekken has a better fighting mechanics now. but back on ps1 to psp, tekken was easy when you are good in doa.
I don't play fighting games, mostly because I have no one to play them with. I love the Volleyball series though. Paradise on the PSP was probably the best one I played, though lacking in content

Aw, these weren't too bad! I think I only pointed and laughed once. ;) And if loving "Trillion" is wrong, I don't want to be right. It's actually one of my very favorite games on the whole console. I adore its original concept and the mix of elements it brings to the table. Also, weird factoid: I own "Aegis of Earth" for PS3 and bought it physical, partly to save room on my PS3 hard drive. Turns out that on that console, the disc exists only to download a digital copy of the game from, and after that it's never used again. I was not amused. Should have got it on Vita!

Oh dude I was actually going to add Silent Hill to this list, but I decided to admit it since I talked about it not too long ago in a previous video back some months earlier.
Aegis was good. This video has made me want to get back to it! Trillion I have but have yet to start. Dog simulator is not my bag, but I could see it having some easy trophies... hmmm.
I was expecting more waifus. I don't remember if I bought Trillion or AoE but they might have ended up in the "next time it's on sale" camp. I went N64 instead of PS1 (I still think Conker's Bad Fur Day is my favorite game, but that probably wouldn't be true if I played it again) and didn't play a ton of games when I did get a PS1. I didn't like the way graphics were stretched in most PS1 games, so I don't really have nostalgia for RE & SH (I've played a bit of RE1 on Vita). My guilty pleasure Vita games? Didn't expect to like HDN:RB 1 so much, still need to play the others. Dungeon Travelers 2 is probably the best dungeon crawler on the system, I still haven't finished it and wouldn't want anyone to see me playing it (I also platinumed Mary Skelter, which isn't a whole lot better). Just to break the waifu streak, I was one of the few, at the time, to platinum forma.8 & Final Horizon, I'd say both are good, forma.8 got mixed to positive reviews, Final Horizon got mixed to negative. Back to waifus, Senran Kagura series. Valhalla Knights 3, haven't finished, insane grind, poor scores. Wishlist, Valkyrie Drive: Bhikkhuni and Punchline. Yeah... I guess _I_ like waifu games.

I played through Back in 1995 completely (I remote played the PS4 version on my Vita). Anyway, I had no complaint about the length. If anything, it went on longer than it should have and that's because there's no run button. Literally the only bad thing about it was no run button (which was something that Silent Hill, Resident Evil, and Dino Crisis all had). I'd give the game a 7 out of 10 with a run button, but it gets a 5 since it doesn't have one. Personal guilty pleasure games? Resident Evil Revelations 2 (which isn't that bad if you let the areas load a bit more after the already long loading screens). 2013: Infected Wars was a game that I enjoyed a bit more than I probably should have. It's a fun 3rd person zombie shooter that's about as generic as they come. Funny thing is that if they would have included a better story (something that at least tries to be slightly emotional, even if it ended up cheesy), it'd be great to me. Neither are really guilty pleasures as I'm not really embarrassed to say that I like them, but they are games that kind of get a bad wrap sometimes (as do a lot of other games that I like).

Oh yeah I can definitely understand you there. A lot of people Panda game because of its long loading times, but personally I enjoyed it too. I even beat it. Let me know what you think of Back in 1995 when you get a chance to play it. 🤗
Corpse Party, great games. And all playable in english in PS Vita, except Corpse Party: Sweet Sachiko's Hysteric Birthday. Too bad that one is only playable in english on Steam version.

3rd attempt at a repost Anywho... although this is only a fraction of what I originally wrote. I said that your mentioning of Back to 1995 reminded me of a classic of mine - *ZettaiZetsumei Toshi* (on PS2) . It features the style and cinematography of the old-school Resident Evil titles except with a different theme (disasters) . Despite being somewhat unpolished in some fronts, it had a plot I could take seriously and an, overall, more human drama feel to it (compared to most japanese stuff) that I found really refreshing. ...Just don't go anywhere near the 'dub' . The third entry was on portables (the PSP, I think) so it may have something for you, gentleman.

My guilty pleasure is hell diver.I almost smash my vita when my connection suddenly cut in the middle of war with my online friends.I dont know why hell diver always cut wifi connection randomly but still loving the game eventho its annoying when it cut my internet connection🤣😅.
@@PSVitaat2am Well,if my connection get cut I usually just play offline mode or just do solo raid and wait 1 or 3 days to play co-op mode back.I notice that its usually cut my connction when I do co-op mode and sometimes solo.I do get kick out to title screen while doing solo mission but that times it happen bcz my game get corrupted.

You can date the girls from Trillion god of destruction? been thinking getting that game for a while now,that's a must get now that i know that XP as for guilty pleasure games,i got 2,one would be "Akiba's Trip undead and undress",is a beat em up that takes place in the city of Akibahara japan,you have to fight these "vampire" people by exposing their bodies to sunlight,and you do this by ripping their clothes off,the game is silly,full to the brim with fanservice,but it doent's take itself seriusly like at all,is a fun silly time my second guilty pleasure game is definitly "Conception 2 children of the stars",to put it simply,this is a harem sci-fi/fantasy simulator JPRG,you play as this character that gets the tittle of "God's Gift" and needs to fight monster on these dungeons,and you do that along 7 heroines that you need prety much are encourage to romance,since you also need the help of this little kids that you make with the girls call star children

It's really funny but now that I stop and think about it considering we got a lot of itchy games on the PS Vita, it's no shortage of titles that probably might not be the best to play around others. Guilty Pleasure is a myth! To me it's a word to use it defensively to justify why you like something the majority don't... I don't see why you need to justify that! I think all the games you mentioned are just fine! I do hate MGS3 and I don't justify it, and I find it one of the weakest when it comes to story! Most will disagree but why do I need to care what they think!

Resident Evil Revelations 2 (which isn't that bad if you let the areas load a bit more after the already long loading screens). 2013: Infected Wars was a game that I enjoyed a bit more than I probably should have. It's a fun 3rd person zombie shooter that's about as generic as they come. Funny thing is that if they would have included a better story (something that at least tries to be slightly emotional, even if it ended up cheesy), it'd be great to me. Neither are really guilty pleasures as I'm not really embarrassed to say that I like them, but they are games that kind of get a bad wrap sometimes (as do a lot of other games that I like).
Always a pleasure to meet a fellow gamer who is played Back in 1995. My guess would be they made it that way to increase the games length, although that's just a hunch on my part. Thank you very much for sharing your guilty pleasures! 😊

Corpse Party, great games. And all playable in english in PS Vita, except Corpse Party: Sweet Sachiko's Hysteric Birthday. Too bad that one is only playable in english on Steam version.

Anywho... although this is only a fraction of what I originally wrote. I said that your mentioning of Back to 1995 reminded me of a classic of mine - *ZettaiZetsumei Toshi* (on PS2) . It features the style and cinematography of the old-school Resident Evil titles except with a different theme (disasters) . Despite being somewhat unpolished in some fronts, it had a plot I could take seriously and an, overall, more human drama feel to it (compared to most japanese stuff) that I found really refreshing.
...Just don't go anywhere near the 'dub' .
The third entry was on portables (the PSP, I think) so it may have something for you, gentleman.

I remember playing a game called Godzilla Ultimate Monsters Melee, or something like that. Back on the Gamecube. Although I believe that was more of a fighting game.

That's understandable, Tower Defense games are kind of like visual novels, they certainly aren't for everybody.

My guilty pleasure is hell diver.I almost smash my vita when my connection suddenly cut in the middle of war with my online friends.I dont know why hell diver always cut wifi connection randomly but still loving the game eventho its annoying when it cut my internet connection🤣😅.

@@PSVitaat2am Well,if my connection get cut I usually just play offline mode or just do solo raid and wait 1 or 3 days to play co-op mode back.I notice that its usually cut my connction when I do co-op mode and sometimes solo.I do get kick out to title screen while doing solo mission but that times it happen bcz my game get corrupted.

as for guilty pleasure games,i got 2,one would be "Akiba's Trip undead and undress",is a beat em up that takes place in the city of Akibahara japan,you have to fight these "vampire" people by exposing their bodies to sunlight,and you do this by ripping their clothes off,the game is silly,full to the brim with fanservice,but it doent's take itself seriusly like at all,is a fun silly time
my second guilty pleasure game is definitly "Conception 2 children of the stars",to put it simply,this is a harem sci-fi/fantasy simulator JPRG,you play as this character that gets the tittle of "God's Gift" and needs to fight monster on these dungeons,and you do that along 7 heroines that you need prety much are encourage to romance,since you also need the help of this little kids that you make with the girls call star children

Guilty Pleasure is a myth! To me it's a word to use it defensively to justify why you like something the majority don't... I don't see why you need to justify that! I think all the games you mentioned are just fine!
I do hate MGS3 and I don't justify it, and I find it one of the weakest when it comes to story! Most will disagree but why do I need to care what they think!
