Hi from British columbia!! Your into is the cutest thing ever. Please please keep sharing if you like doing this and are able. I wish I found your channel sooner, I find you very relaxing
Thank you! I am fairly new at all the editing things so i'm always looking at what can help! Thanks for stopping in!
Please continue sharing. Continue because you want to share. You are part of the community, even if you don't feel like you are. Views, likes and comments don't dictate being a part of the community
Thanks… I know it’s the rejection sensitivity that causes me to think I to stop lol
We love you Pam and you are already part of this community ❤
I find myself shedding glasses and bifocals to crochet, so I feel your pain. The model-making community seems to like magnifier headsets (I don't have one yet so no recommendation, but "headband magnifier" seems to be a decent keyword. As for the light-in-your glasses issue, what if you hang a white sheet and shine the ring light into that? It's more diffuse so it won't be a bright light, but it's more diffuse so it'll be less of a thing to look at. (I'm shining my lights against a white ceiling for my webmeetings. It's dimmer, objectively, but the camera seems to like it and then things aren't in my eyes.)
I say keep going even if it is just talking to your cat.
Thank you for the ideas! I use a magnifying headset so maybe it’s the same type? It works but it’s heavy on the bridge of the nose.
I will yr diffusing the ring light so maybe I can see the camera lol, I never thought of that as I use my computer camera for web meetings but I wasn’t sure how to record with it…
I have terrible eye sight so I really empathize with the struggle. I will be bringing it up at my next appointment, and I’m looking at things like ottlite for my stitchy space.
The conversion on Halloween Fairy is AMAZING!!
for the eye contact…I struggle too for similar reasons. I try to stare at the space above the camera but really, it’s for me at the end of the day and people that like my vibe so I try not to stress overly about it.
I think for me it is the rejection sensitivity. I am and have always been the weird kid with no friends so i see the lack of whatever it is out here as confirmation that I am too weird for friends. And then I realize i am the weird kid and have nothing in common with the normies
Your temperature SAL is looking so good! Pam, you have got to let the numbers go. If you focus on the numbers, you will NOT enjoy making videos, you just won't. Please keep making videos if you WANT to, not if you think that people are watching or aren't watching.
Thanks for the tip. It’s more the fear of talking to the wall like an insane person lol (it also seems to be related to rejection sensitivity because I am afraid I’m too weird)…
Reach out to kit it up sal organizers regarding the no wish list thing. Defeats the point if their is no wish list
28 count is my comfort zone..32 is pushing it...36 and 40 are not enjoyable.. As far as eye contact...it doesn't bother me. If want to look more at camera...try putting something you want to look at behind the camera and look at that and it will look like you are looking at the camera
If only the cats would sit and make eye contact instead of sleeping behind every table
My eyes Re horrible as well. My eye Dr asked whether I wanted distance or near for my glasses. Talk it over with them, they should be able to work with you.
yeah. I get to see an optometrist every 2 years so I still have 6 more months. I could take the hit and pay out of pocket but with the cost of living going i just don't have it in me to do it right now, but I feel like if I just had bifocal contacts my life would be a million times better
@@HobbiesAndHyperfocus I have dry eye so contacts are difficult. I am supposed to be seeing a retina specialist because they are worried about them detaching....ugh
@@Pocket_Rottie_Crafts I just hate glasses -- slipping down my nose all the time, fogging up in the winter (which is 8 months of the year) but the lack of being able to SEE drives me insane. I hear it can be related to menopause (because what ISN'T?) but super super annoying
